  Great location and quiet. A great kitchen buts needs dish towels, kitchen knives , bigger coffee mugs and a few more pots and pans. The bathrooms are nice but need more hand towels and wash cloths. Love the enclosed yard with the sweet little seating area. Thanks again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Our stay at the Ella house was perfect. We needed a few more things and they brought it the very next day, what more can you ask for. the house is really nice, the yard is gorgeous and ithas 2 baths, a great asset. The kitchen is up to date, more utensils and cups but they brought us more mugs for coffee. It is close to the beach and close to Santa Monica and we found our way around very easy. the TV is wonderful and the house is peaceful. We even had a birthday party for my 11 year old grandson, we all came in for my sons wedding! I highly recomend the Ella house and I would stay again!It also has a garage

  The Ella House was everything and more than we could have hoped for. The property was extremely well appointed and the photos accurately reflected the house's appearance and amenities. Both the interior and exterior afforded spacious and comfortable living. The kitchen is a cook's delight. The house is conveniently located and provided easy access to all major attractions. We were so pleased with this property, we didn't want to leave!! We definitely plan to rent again and will recommend this to our family and friends.

  We had a great time! The house was perfect for our stay. It was so comfortable and the location was exactly what we needed for our visit. It was so easy to get around and it was so convenient to get back to the airport. Thanks so much for offering this great house through VRBO

  The pictures say it all....in fact it feels bigger than it looks in the pictures. Clean, comfortable and in a good location. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. I would rent it again.

  We stayed at this home and we felt like we were home as soon as we walked through the door. Everything was perfect right down to the music. The bed was super comfortable. It was nice having two bathrooms. The living room was great in that you could just lounge around sofa was plush. Bonus was having the garage to park the car. Also Albertsons & Costco is just down the street which was really nice to buy some basic groceries. This place was centrally located we were able to go to Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach in no time at all. All communications with owner was quick and very pleasant. We had no issues at all. I wish we lived there.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  This is my 2nd time staying in a property owned by Yuwen. The first was the Common House (stayed in Oct. 2011) and now we stayed at the Ella House. I would recommend either one, they are both great and love how they are decorated. Also, they have everything you need: towels, dishes, washer & dryer. The owner is very easy to contact and makes sure you are taken care of. I will be renting again next Thanks Yuwen!!

1 weeks stay minimum for major holidays. Rates are subject to changes until booking confirmation.

Fees:

• One-time Cleaning Fee: $120
• Refundable Damage Deposit: $300
• Pet Fee: $50 + tax
• Tax Rate 15%

Cancellation policy:

For a 100% refund, cancellation must be made 90 full days prior to listing's local check in time on the day of check in, For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 45 full days prior to listing's local check in time on the day of check in, otherwise no refund will be provided. Transaction fee and process fee are guest's responsibilities. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.

100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date.
