Provides over 2,000 sq. ft., 3 bedroom and a loft, 2 bathroom, fully furnished, fourth floor penthouse condo, for business and/or vacation rentals. Limited to 6 persons total. Extra fee and prior approval are required over 6 persons.

Located in a newly constructed building, about 300 km from Edmonton Airport (3 hour) 15 miles from Jasper National Park, 30 minutes to Miette Hot Spring, 45 minute from down town Jasper close to Yellowhead Highway and situated a short 10 minute jaunt from downtown Hinton. The Condo is a few blocks away from many restaurants and shops. The location is suited to all travelers.

Spacious Master Bedroom with queen size bed, en suite; his and her closets, large second bedroom with Queen size bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds with adjacent full bathroom; large open living/dining room and adjacent kitchen; and an upper loft with two twin beds. The condo is nicely finished, and tastefully furnished complete with all appliances, Internet, WI FI, HDTV, and DVD

Features hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, with carpet flooring on the upper loft. The kitchen is nicely decorated with solid maple cabinets, countertops, built-in dishwasher, fridge and stove. Bedrooms and living room have vaulted ceilings, plus underground heated parking in Winter only. The three bedrooms and great room offer great mountain views.. .

The condo provides natural gas BBQ on the balcony; one underground Parking stall in Winter only; lots of Visitors and on street Parking Stalls, and key less entry code as part of the convenient amenities.
