Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: My wife grew up in Mt. Juliet and has always had a desire to make people feel at home wherever we have lived. I grew up for the most part in Virginia and Missouri, so it's natural for me to love the outdoors here in Tennessee. After we married here in '95 jobs required us to move away in 2000 to Central Florida. Now with children and grandchildren in the area we are back to stay.
Why the Owner Chose Mt. Juliet: Our first visit to what we named The Duck Pond Farm was like coming home, never having been here before yet feeling like you had always been here. I didn't want to leave on the first visit and I don't think you will either. Sit out on the deck, listen to the Bob White call out and gaze upon the pond, experience the feeling that you have come home.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin: Theres plenty to do here or nothing at all. Enjoy the walking trails, fishing, sitting by the camp fire roasting marshmallows, making smores, listening to the rushing sound of the wind in the trees, reading a good book, sipping a good cup of coffee or cooking up good steak off the grill. WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO HAVE A FAMILY REUNION!! CAN ACCOMDATE 16 ADULTS COMFORTABLY!!
