Welcome to Brisa Del Mar - our small condo complex on the corner of Hayes and Ridgewood Ave. We are a short two minute walk to the soft sand of Cocoa Beach, across one street with minimal traffic and 25 mph speed limit.
Our fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, and has plenty of room with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in addition to the two bedrooms. We are a ground floor corner unit. Reserved parking for two cars is very convenient, just a few steps through the tropical courtyard to your door.
Patio furniture and a lovely shady breezeway are a great way to unwind at the end of a day of adventure around the space coast. BBQ grills are available, or use the full-size kitchen for meals. If you prefer, several nice restaurants are within a few minutes walk or drive.
New key-less entry makes it easy to enjoy the condo.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has two twins;
Additional mattress is available if needed;

This was a charming up dated and clean condo with all the needed amenities. The owners of this condo have thought of everything. In fact, when our youngest came back from the beach sun burnt, there was aloe stocked and ready to use (which was replaced for future guests :). It was a short walk to the beach where there were little or no crowds. Our family enjoyed several BBQ dinners while hanging out in the breezeway. We also went to Orlando to several parks while visiting. It was a perfect place for the combination of Disney fun and beach time. It should be noted the rental price for this unit was great. I would recommend this condo to anyone considering the Cocoa Beach area.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a truly relaxing and well kept condo. It is very clean and updated with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This can be a wonderful getaway for all ages.Cocoa Beach is a great area to stay. The restaurants and shopping are close and the traffic is minimal. The beach is only a block away. The owners Marty and Dave are very helpful and quick to resolve any issues that arise. We recommend this condo to anyone looking for short or long term rental.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Nicely upgraded condo. Two bedrooms make it really nice. 2 minute walk to the beach (I timed it). Bottom floor location is nice for lugging suitcases into and out of the condo. Great beach. No public parking at the beach end of the street so this part of Cocoa Beach is un-crowded. AC works great, much needed for sleeping at night. Owners are very easy to work with and respond quickly to any request. Very freindly condo with a 2 nice breezeways for evening gatherings. We met the onsight manager (Dee Dee) who lives there and is availble to help with directions, recommendations to local attractions and resturants. Would definitly go again and the price is RIGHT!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
