This spacious one bedroom Condo is over 900 square feet with a king-size bed in the master suite. Twin bunk beds are nestled in the hall alcove and a truly comfortable queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room with one and a half baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, range, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. For the family to share, there are two televisions with cable and VCR.
This Condo is privately owned and is well maintained. It is centrally located on Panama City Beach and is the perfect location for your family vacation. The amenities include two Olympic-size swimming pools (one heated), two children pools, private gated beach playground, two hot tubs outside, one indoor jacuzzi, exercise rooms with state of the art equipment with two saunas. There is also located on premises a video arcade game room and lighted tennis courts. The Summit has its own beach service, with chair rentals and jet-ski rentals, along with a Tiki Bar, oyster and snack bar. The Summit is a gated complex with 24-hour private security. Entrance into the complex from both the street and the beach is highly controlled. The Summit is located just minutes away from some of Florida's best seafood restaurants, within walking distances to family attractions and only a short drive to the Super Wal-mart Center.
