Neat and very clean 2 Bed - 2 bath condo in Forest Gardens in South Beach. Beautifully landscaped complex with walking trails. Enjoy the sparkling on-site pool. Very quiet and friendly complex.
From the moment you enter this lovely condo you feel at home. There is wood flooring throughout the living area. Both bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen and baths have stone tiled floors. You will find new furniture in every room along with 3 new flat-screen TV's. There is also wi-fi for your enjoyment and convenience. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric range. You will also find a new washer and dryer for your convenience. There is lots of seating for relaxing and watching TV or reading. The sofa converts into a queen-bed for additional sleeping. There are 2 very comfortable twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The very spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and a sitting area. Enjoy your evenings from the balcony that overlooks a lovely landscaped area with lots of seasonal flowers.
The beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. You also have tennis, biking, golf, shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the condo. Sorry, but NO pets and No Smoking.

Thanks for sharing your condo with our family. Our family had a great time. We had two 11 years old girls who thought the condo was perfect. The condo was clean and nicely appointed. It was great having the washer and dryer for our beach towels. We rented bicycles. The beach was 5 mins bike ride away. We loaded our gear and rode to the beach everyday. And rode to Coligny for breakfast and ice cream in the evening. It's only 3 miles from Salty Dog. Very close to the SeaPines back entrance, which has less traffic. We like that it's located in a quiet part of South Beach! Overall, excellent place.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Condo was perfect for our family. My 13 year old daughter and her friend loved the adorable twin bed room and my 21 year old son enjoyed the spacious and comfortable sofa bed in the den with the large T.V. The master bedroom was beautiful and a quite haven for me with plenty of privacy. I enjoyed the large shaded balcony and condo grounds are so pretty and very quite. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The beach was a short walk and lots of activities and restaurants close by at Coligny Circle.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I always wanted to live in Hilton Head. I finally got my dream come true with this lovely condo. I just don't get to visit as often as I like. I live and work in Atlanta, GA so having HH to retreat to is a pleasure. The food, fun, shopping and beach takes away all your stress.
Why the Owner Chose Forest Gardens:
The complex is very neat, clean, quiet and super friendly. It is less than 10 minutes by foot to the beach, shopping, dining, golfing. It is very centrally located to everything.

My next door neighbor is a really sweet lady. She is an original owner and keeps flowers blooming year round all around our building. She is a delight to have as a neighbor and a true testiment to what a great complex Forest Gardens is.
