Make Lakeshore Retreat your scenic haven while relaxing and playing on beautiful Big Green Lake. Perfect for a small family vacation, a large family reunion, or a multi-family/friend getaway. Enjoy the sandy beach and excellent swimming our property has to offer, or simply sit back and take in the breathtaking 7.5 mile lake view. Because of our location, we are very fortunate to have one of the most fantastic views on the entire lake. Sip your morning cup of coffee from the end of the pier or from your own front porch, basking in the peaceful harmony of nature as the lake awakens to the new day. After a day of swimming, boating, and experiencing the attractions in the area, gather your family or friends to watch a gorgeous sunset over the lake as you reflect and share stories by the glow of the fire pit by the shoreline.
Our two-story home features a wrap around porch adorned with brilliant white wrought iron facing the lake for an unforgettable view. The field stone fireplace and beam vaulted living room ceiling make for a cozy place to gather. Stained glass windows and lights add elegance and beauty. The full kitchen includes oak cabinetry and gorgeous stained glass/wrought iron overhead lighting. All of these features were lovely designed and made by our parents, Mace and Dolly Miller. The five bedrooms provide sleeping arrangements for 11, which includes 1 queen, 2 doubles, 3 twins, and 1 set of twin bunk beds. A twin daybed is also available if an extra bed is needed.
Three quaint guest cottages that sit from the shore can be rented along with the house or separately during the summer. All feature a large screened porch adorned with white wrought iron, much like the house. The porches are furnished with patio furniture and a picnic table-- perfect for gathering and relaxing. The large cottage has three bedrooms that can sleep 6, including two double beds and two twin beds, along with a kitchen, bathroom, and couch. The two small cottages can each sleep 4. They have two bedrooms, including a double bed and two twin beds, kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower stall.
We invite you to visit our historic water fountain from the 1893 Chicago Exposition. May your dreams come true at the wishing well. Challenge your family to a game of ping pong, badminton, volleyball, croquet, or bocci ball. Venture out into the lake in one of our rowboats or canoes, or bring your own boat to roam about the lake. May you have your own fish story to tell while fishing from the pier, a boat, or with a local fishing guide. Panfish, walleye, northern pike, muskie, rainbow, brown, and lake trout are abundant in the lake. Most importantly, create precious lifelong memories as you vacation on the shore of beautiful Big Green Lake, truly the finest lake in Wisconsin.

Three Bedroom Cottage Rates:
May 24-June 28/Sept 3-Sept 30: $140/night +tax
June 29-Sept 2: $850/wk +tax
Two Bedroom Cottage Rates:
May 24-June 28/Sept 3-Sept 30: $100/night +tax
June 29-Sept 2: $700/wk +tax
We are currently taking weekly or longer reservations for July and August 2013. Shorter stays during these months will be considered one month prior to interested date.
One half of the rental price and the damage/cleaning deposit are due immediately and serve as a security deposit. The other half is due one week prior to arrival. If renter cancels the reservation two months prior to the agreed upon date, the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, it is non-refundable.

Lake House Damage/Cleaning fee: $500
Cottage Damage/Cleaning fee: $200
--damage/cleaning fee refundable after stay if property is left clean (swept, vacuumed, etc.) and without damage.
Pet fee: $200, refundable if no pet related damage occurs
5.5% state sales tax
5% local room tax
