A Win Dixie or Publix is just blocks away with everything you need to stock your fridge, so you will never go hungry with this kind of convenience at your fingertips. Continue down the elevator to the pool or beach (just remember to bring your sunscreen).
There are two covered cabanas by the pool or rent a beach covered double lounger. Grab the volleyball from the office and play beach volleyball or you can get the sticks and pucks for a game of shuffle board. When it?s time for lunch, go get some Grouper from your fridge which you caught from one of several fishing boats in the area, and cook it on one of the three grills by the Tiki Hut. Grouper sandwiches anyone? Spend your afternoon with some serious beach time. The white sand beckons you to the calm warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. As the sun begins to set, go get your camera for one of the prettiest sun sets in the world.
''Getting hungry?'' Shower off your sand and slip into something comfortable to make your way out to one of the many excellent restaurants in the area on Gulf Blvd. If you would rather have dinner in the kitchen, you will find everything you need. Don't forget your flashlight for spotting sand crabs on the beach at night. For those of you that prefer the night life, this is the place for some real fun night spots. Also, enjoy getting some rest and relaxation because there is just another sunrise and sunset that awaits your awakening.
We have spent a lot of time researching the perfect location for a vacation retreat. We have traveled to several destinations such as Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, and all the way from the west Coast of California to America's east coasts. We also visited the center states of the U.S - from the mountains to the deserts. The Clearwater Beach area always had it all - from reasonable prices, a safe place to explore, no language barriers, excellent restaurants
AND the water sports, beautiful golf courses, numerous activities, historical sites and the white sand beaches with water which is most ideal, clean, calm, and warm. See for yourself, you too will come back. We did!

We spent six fantastic weeks (Jan to mid-Feb) in this lovely renovated condo. New kitchen is beautiful and has whatever you need to cook - even a rolling pin! What a treat it was to look out on the patio to view the sunrise or watch the occasional dolphins swim toward the draw bridge. Staff, tenants and visitors are all very friendly - some guests got together for a pool exercise session once a day and had a great time. Families, singles or couples all seem to have a great experience. We thank you also for your wonderful, immediate response to a couple questions that came up during our stay...and for the flowers! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful vacation spot.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband, my two children and myself stayed here and it only rained. The only reason we took the chance is because of the fifth floor and its location in the building. We ended up having a wonderful vacation. It will be one my whole family will remember. The view is beautiful. We truly enjoyed watching all the boat traffic. When my husband was with the kids on the fishing pier I could watch them while I made dinner. The kids would always check to see if the draw bridge to the north would raise. They and my husband found that to be very cool. I enjoyed the fact that it was private. No could see into this unit. We would sit on the balcony in the morning and have coffe while the kids ate their cereal and watch the boats and the tropical birds fly all around. We were right at the birds eye level, pretty neat. The bird sanctuary was 5 minute walk to the south on the beach which was interesting and educational. These tropical birds are not what we are used to. We had never seen a white pelican. This was a great place to walk to and it was also free. We made sure to take our flip flops and photos at the entrance it had tropical surroundings. The view to the north from the balcony is full of palm trees. This is where you can put your boat in if you have one to bring and then you can use the buildings boat dock for a small fee. We rented a boat out of clearwater mid-week and stopped at the dock for lunch at our condo. It was pretty cool to have that option like it was your own vacation home. The inside is decorated beautifully with cherry wood, granite tops, and an expensive looking glass/bronze mosaic backsplash. We all loved the pool it is large with large walkin steps and always heated to perfection. This is a very kid friendly building. My kids made friends everytime we went to the pool. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and a few covered picnic table cabanas. Another really great feature that I have heard not every building has is their is a restroom right off the pool and beach. It is an updated facility. My husband loved using the grills. It was like were the men meet and have a drink at the Tiki Hut. Our family loved to watch the sunset from the picnic tables while dad grilled dinner. The pool and the beach are right at your finger tips you just have to take an elevator ride down and they are right there. There are many fun excursion to do in the area. Something to visit is Johns Pass Village Boardwalk. Overall an "ARecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Your new condo was great! My husband, my young daugher and myself had a fabulous vacation. The condo was exactly the way it showed in the pictures which is reassuring to people...it is very comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The management was very courteous and professional and very knowledgeable of the area. The beach was beautiful but the tranquility of the intercoastal was also very nice. My daughter really enjoyed the pool.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
