  Very well located place, near the beach, spacious and clean flat, with terrace! Well ubicated so that you can rent a car or bike to visit the island and come back by night. Very good choice to enjoy Palma de Mallorca!

  Perfect place for a group coming to Madrid for the week end. Ubicated in the very center (Gran Vía, Plaza de España, Sol, Chueca, La Latina etc.), clean and well designed flat with all services needed. Pleasant customer service toot when arriving. Recommended!

  Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour l'anniversaire surprise de mon mari. Nous étions avec nos 3 enfants ado et le séjour a été super. Le choix de cet appartement était excellent, car il est très bien situé, dans une rue très calme et très peu loin de l'agitation du centre ville. Les salles de douches sont agréables, la literie est parfaite, les lits étaient faits et le linge de toilette fournis.. La propriétaire est très agréable et compréhensive (arrivée très tardive à l'appartement, les clés étaient malgré tout à notre disposition). N'hésitez pas à réserver car tout est parfait.La propriétaire semble avoir fait un effort particulier pour rénover cet appartement l'an passé, ce qui est appréciable. Elle s'est montrée tres disponible, meme lorsque je lui ai demandé si elle pouvait nous donner les clefs a 2h du matin. La propriétaire nous a donné des conseils tres utiles sur les musées et les restaurants ! L'hébergement est idéal, tant pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour de 3 jours. Recommandé pour : Les + de 55 ans, virées entre filles, tourisme sans voiture, Tourisme, Famille avec adolescents, Familles avec enfants en bas âge. merci encore, Marie Pierre, pour le service rendu...   We were very satisfied by the apartment! Good location (near downtown and not to noisy). The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the eight of us were very delighted by the accommodations (wifi, tv, cooler,…). Moreover the housekeeper was very kind and on call! We highly recommend this apartment!

  I stayed at Calle de la Manzana for almost 6 months whilst working in Madrid. The location is ideal for anyone hoping to enjoy everything the city has to offer, literally seconds from Gran Via, and a short walk from many of the cities nicest shopping and dining areas. Due to being located on a small side street there is none of the noise you would expect being in such a central area. The apartment itself is clean, light and spacious, offering all the comforts of home, away from home. The recent renovation has been done to a very high standard, particularly the bathroom, and the apartment is fully equipped, so all you need bring is your clothes. Free wifi and satellite TV was also a huge bonus, whether staying long- or short-term. The flexibility of the accommodation meant I could convert the spare bedroom into a second living area if necessary, and adjust each area to my changing needs. Check in and out were seamless, a representative for Madrid City Breaks met me at the apartment, handed over keys, showed me around and explained the situation with cleaning, laundry, internet etc. which was a huge relief after a long journey, job change and international move. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to this wonderful city!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The apartment is great. It is close to several bus lines and in easy walking distance to many tourist places. The loft was fun for my kids and the two bedrooms and pullout sofa in the living room provided enough spaces for the rest of us. All the sleeping areas were comfortable and the space was adequate for the seven of us. We were very pleased with the accommodation. We found the owner to be a bit stressed as she had double booked the apartment. She asked us if we could leave early to find another place to stay in another city and we declined. She showed up late the day we were to leave because she had overslept. She lectured us about what a great deal we were getting. The rental agreement we signed was also detailed with unusual extra costs charged for failure to comply, compared to the many other places we rented for the year we were abroad. In the end, however, we had a wonderful time and the apartment was worth the hassle.

  Owner response: Hello L. No I had not double booked. There was a water problem in the building and we were obliged to give the workers access in order to restaure the the water supply. II needed 24 h and asked you (since your were travelling Europe during the whole year), it there was any possibility to be flexible on departure date. You said no, no problem I delayed the works. Now about lease agreement, it is uploaded as you know on madridcitybreak es, translated in 5 languages, nothing is weird, if additional guests are welcome during your stay, as you requested, they would be charged accordingly as sipulated. Last thing Departure time : in the middle of the night, I am afraid I was surprised, and did my besto. It is now stipulated in agreements.... depositis will be returned after departure by bank wire. You kids enjoyed broadband wifi, cable TV, playstation and free telephone. I appreciate.
