Activities include, Outdoor HEATED Swimming pool! (Pool open from May-September) (pool does have locking cover (auto cover,not manual), In-ground Trampoline, Volleyball net/ball in the backyard, basketball in the driveway, Satellite, WiFi, Steam shower in the Master bath and a Treadmill downstairs. There is also an office with a computer available and a HOT TUB!
Other outside amenities: Gas Grill, Outdoor Dining Set/sits 6, pool lounging chairs and pool toys.
6 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, 3 – Half Baths. Here is the layout:
Main Level:
1 – King Master + 1 twin bunk bed with attached full bath/steam shower.
1 – Queen Bedroom + 1 twin bunk bed
1 – Half Bath in the hall
1 - Half bath by kitchen
1- Kitchen with stereo / Dining sits 8, 6 at the Bar
1- Living Room with Fireplace/Flat Screen/Satellite/DVD
1- Office with PC/Wireless Internet-coming soon + floor space for extra sleeping
Lower Level:
1- King Bedroom with a Full “Jack & Jill” bath attached.
1- Queen Bedroom .

Heber Vista is located in Heber City, with nearby access to Deer Creek Reservoir and Jordanelle Dam. We have plenty of parking for your boat, snowmobiles, jet skis or RV. Park City is a quick drive to three world-class ski resorts with plenty of year-round adventure. Also in Park City, great shopping and dining experiences await. We’re a quick 5 minute drive to local groceries, gas and fast food.
Because we are located in Heber City, 4 wheel-drive is NOT required.
Heber Vista is a great option for family getaways, reunions, anniversaries, honeymooning, business retreats, recreation and more!

This house was amazing!!! The convenience of booking it for our weekend stay to picking up the key was wonderful! There was plenty of space for all of our guests! 20% Deposit holds your dates, balance due 30 days prior to check in. CANCELLATIONS must be received by the Company at least sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the use period. Cancellation will result in a $100.00 charge deducted from the 20% deposit to cover booking expenses. For cancellations within 60 days of the first day of the use period, no refund of fees paid will be refunded.

$750 - $1000/night (rates higher during peak season Summer & Winter & Holidays)
10.2% tax
$350 Cleaning fee
$800 refundable security deposit
