The Breakers Resort "Paradise Tower," yes, the famous Breakers. Located on Ocean Drive 20th Street North, in Myrtle Beach's first oceanfront Planned Unit Development, or P.U.D. The best location right on "The Ocean Drive Strip." Enjoy the restaurants, night life, and people walking right in front of the condominium. Golf Capital of the world and top US family vacation spot. Amazing, 20th floor, OCEANFRONT view of entire ocean and coast in Myrtle Beach. You can see the ocean from any where in the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Three bedroom/two bath (almost 1200 square feet) and 133-square-foot balcony. Huge, 133-square-foot, double, bay balcony with access from both living room and the large, king-size, master suite.
The master suite includes a grand view of the ocean, a private jacuzzi bath tub, king-size bed, and private TV. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and private TV and private bathroom access. The third bedroom has two queen-size beds and private TV. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is another second full bathroom.
Fully-equipped, full-size kitchen that includes washer/dryer, oven, flat glass sealed stove top burners, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker (coffee, sugar, and creamer provided), blender, fryer, snowcone maker, all plates, utensils, pots/pans etc... it has everything.
Living room has TV with DVD player, amazing oceanfront views, and balcony access. Living room sofa will fold out into a queen-size bed.
The unit includes central air and cable. All linens, pillows, and towels provided. We even leave dishwasher and laundry detergent. Priced to be the best deal in the area.
Building amenities include glass enclosed hallways (with full west-side view of entire land) that are carpeted and have air conditioning, three high-speed elevators, ice machines, free parking, exercise room, game room, restaurants, lounges, conference facilities, commercial shops, ice cream parlor, pizza place, Starbucks, and an oceanfront water park with an array of pools (kiddy pools with waterfalls, 418-foot lazy river - one of the largest lazy rivers in Myrtle Beach! - with waterfalls, hot tubs, large pirate ship with water falls, etc). The water park has various food and beverage vendors. Also a pool-side beverage and grill vendor with many dining tables and stools. All prices are very reasonable.
Ten-minute walk to The Pavillion, Ripley's Believe It or Not, The Haunted House, go-karts, miniature golf, video arcades, novelty shops, and too many more to name.
Five-minute drive to Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Square Mall, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center... it is located near everything!
Other nearby activities include endless restaurants, fishing, boating, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, horseback riding, surfing, waterskiing, jet skiing, snorkeling and diving, music shows, miniature golf, amusement parks, etc.
This is the premiere property on the ocean. Usually there is no vacancy. I strongly feel this is one of the best condominium complexes on the beach. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!
