Bring your family and/or friends to this unique direct oceanfront home on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. With six bedrooms and four full baths on three different floors there is plenty of room for several families to stay together but still have their privacy in this 4,800 square foot home. This house is big enough to accommodate a wedding party or a family reunion.
The first floor offers a two-car garage and a complete two-bedroom apartment. The apartment contains a full kitchen, bath and laundry room. One bedroom has a king bed, the other two twins and the couch in the den also reclines.
Gather everyone on the second floor in the huge great room with a large open kitchen and enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and beach. The great room has a large dining room table and chairs, a game table and chairs and a sectional with three recliners all around a gas fireplace. Additionally there is a full bath, bedroom with a queen bed and an office where a blow up mattress can sleep two if needed.
Finally, on the third floor is a 1000 square foot master suite. Relax and enjoy more amazing views from the king bed or the recliners by the fireplace and plasma television. Work a puzzle or play cards at the game table by the mini-bar with sink and refrigerator. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower with two shower heads. There are also two other bedrooms, a full bath and laundry room on the third floor. One bedroom has a king bed and the other a double bed.
Both the second and third floors have balconies with sliding glass doors that overlook the beach and ocean. Access to the beach is over your own private dune walkover only steps away. The beach is so close you can talk to someone on the balcony from your chair on the beach. The garage is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, a gas grill and lots of beach toys. Grill out on the large driveway in front or the patio in the back. Granite counter tops throughout kitchen and bathrooms. The driveway and garage can accommodate nine cars for parking.
The home is located on the non-driving portion of the beach. Within walking distance there is an inter-coastal marina and fishcamp, restaurant, bait shop, snack bar and public tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.
We will consider small dogs on a case by case basis. They must be mature, housebroken pets and we will require a picture be sent in and the picture compared to the pet upon arrival. Additional deposit is required to make sure that any additional cleaning can be done that may be required so our guests that do not have pets will not have to enjoy your pet after you leave. Additional cleaning may or may not include carpet, upholstery and/or comforter cleaning.

We have rented many homes in New Smyrna Beach and this one is definitely our favorite! The home is so beautiful, very spacious, but very comfortable at the same time. It has all you need to enjoy a great vacation. It was so perfect for our group. The multiple larger beds allowed for couples to stay together and not have to sleep in separate beds:) The location is wonderful! So close to the beach in just steps you were in the sand, and the views are gorgeous! The owner is wonderful to work with and was available to answer all questions. We all enjoyed our time there so much and definitely plan on returning! Would recommend this property to anyone!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We gathered our family from around the country at this lovely home. Everything was lovely. The dishes as we cooked large meals were abundant and updated. This home has everything. Toys, towels and the view could not be any better. We have rented several homes on the beach, this one was our favorite.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We rented this home for our first annual family getaway and could not have been more pleased with the home. Prior to our trip, I had many questions for the owner as to what we needed to bring in regards to what would be available for our children, and I always received answers to my questions in a timely manner, which made my trip planning much easier. They even brought over an extra pack and play for us to borrow! Nobody seemed to mind that Hurricane Sandy was making her way up the Atlantic, toward the Northeast, and that we didn't have beach weather for the first couple of days because we actually enjoyed being in the spacious, comfortable home so much. The 3 levels allowed all of us to enjoy quiet time by ourselves, or to join together in the the living room or the extremely large Master Suite (both of which were overlooking the beautiful waves). We mentioned many times that we would have to stay in this house again...SOON! The owner is extremely easy to work with, the home is very well kept and was spotless upon arrival, and the beach is about 20 steps from the house. We couldn't ask for a better vacation spot, and look forward to visiting New Smyrna Beach again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Our family currently lives near Orlando. We use this house between guests. It is about 1 hour drive. Originally from the Northeast we love Florida will continue to have great times at this home.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
New Smyrna Beach is a favorite for people in Central Florida. We have vacationed here for years. We have looked for a property for the past two years and when we found this house we knew we had found the right place. It is a new home, wonderfully set up and can fit a large group.

Definitely one of the nicest homes in the area. It is spacious, comfortable and well configured. Common areas are beautiful and large enough for your entire group to be together but the layout allows for privacy as needed too.
