  We had a wonderful stay at your home in Kauai'i. The condominium was perfect! The bed was extremely comfortable for a lovely nights of sleep after our days of exploration. Our 10 year old son found the sofa bed perfect as well. What an amazing view from the lanai, and the sound of the surf is lovely. The location was wonderful and a good base for exploration. The pool was delightful. When we weren't grilling our dinner poolside, we enjoyed the few restaurants that were across the street, and it was perfect to be able to walk to them...pizza, Thai and Mexican. We enjoyed the town of Kapa'a and had a nice bike ride along the path. We explored the beaches both north and south and still managed to hike a bit in the canyon as well as kayak early one morning up the Waimea River and walk to the waterfall. I can't think of anything that was missing in the condominium. It was just wonderful to have use of a washer and dryer along with use of the beach chairs, cooler, and a boogie board. Thank you again, and our family hopes to visit again soon.

  Our stay at this condo was everything that was advertised. The unit was clean and stocked with everything that was needed for our stay. The view was fantastic from the Lanai. We left the sliding door open every night so we could listen to the waves. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. I would definitely rent this unit again

  This condo is one of the best deals on Kauai for a one bedroom condo. Oceanfront location with a stunning view - the perfect way to get your day started or wind down after a long day of exploring Kauai. Lots of restaurants within walking distance - no need to drive and deal with traffic after a full day of activities. Kapaa location makes it ideal to discover the entire island comfortably. And the price is tough to beat even in the Kapaa area, let alone if you compare it to something similar in the Poipu area to the south or Princeville area to the north.

  My wife and I had a wonderful trip to Kauai staying in this unit! We enjoyed every breakfast spotting whales on the lanai with breathtaking views of the ocean every morning, along with stunning sun rises. The local surfers seemed to LOVE the beach directly in front, as nearly every day we saw them riding the waves. The location of this unit was more than perfect! Situated halfway between the North and South side of the island was ideal for us. We had never been to Kauai and didn't want to committ either way, so staying here was perfect. There are several great restaurants just a short walk from this unit that can't be missed, some of the best restaurants on the island are very near! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could imagine. The KING size bed was so incredibly compfortable. The owners even provide items like coolers, chairs, bags, etc that make beachgoing a breeze. The other couples we were traveling with were so jealous! I am so glad we rented this unit and would go back again in an instant! Thanks to the owners for keeping the place so wonderful and for sharing it with the masses! If you are going to Kauai, why would you choose to stay anywhere else? This unit can't be beat for value, ameneities, and location!

  We had a wonderful time at this beautiful second floor condo. Here are some of the things that made our stay so comfortable: Beautiful view Lovely ocean views and sounds Private lanei Well stocked with everything we needed Great central location We would have loved to spend more time there.

  My husband and I spent one week at Wailua Bay View. The condo was perfectly located on the island to travel and sight see. The property was clean, newly updated, and well supplied. The kitchen and condo had every possible thing you could need while on vacation. The owners did not forget any details when stocking and decorating the place. It was so nice having an ice chest to use for beach and travel days and any appliance/utensil you could imagine when preparing any meals at the condo. All of these little touches made it feel like your home away from home. The view on the patio is amazing. It's the best place to start and end the day! You can hear the sound of the ocean from all parts of the condo which I love.The owners were quick and helpful with communication. Our next trip to Kauai (and I say next because I am determined to return!) will hopefully be staying at this wonderful location again.

  We celebrated our 33rd anniversary at this scenic and restful ocean-front condo in November. The view right out the sliding glass window is gorgeous, the waves are breaking within a stones throw and everyday we saw surfers and paddle boarders from the wonderful lanai. Everything was provided for us, from soft sheets and towels, to pots and pans for every cooking need. Even the housekeeper met us on the way in and out to make sure we had what we needed! Something about staying in a condo makes you feel like you live in Kaua'i; we made our own coffee each day, had a bowl of cereal or some eggs, then headed out for our daily adventure. Wailua is quite central to Kaua'i attractions; a short drive south brings you to Lihue, Po'ipu and Koloa, keep going and you're on the west at the coffee plantation and then Waimea Canyon Lookout...a must! Traveling north from the condo is the spectacular drive up to Hanalei Bay and Na'Pali coast...totally beautiful! But let's face it, this island isn't called the Garden Island for nothing...totally relaxing, mellow-paced, friendly, and the vistas are amazing. We'll be back for sure :o)

  When we walked in the unit we instantly fell in love with the view. Panoramic ocean/bay view and can watch the surfers and boogie boarders immediately in front and the SUPs across Wailua Bay. The unit was well taken care of and had all the needed amenitites. I really enjoyed the washer/dryer set up as I was able to bring fewer clothers. Locations was ideal with easy access to all sides of the island and 10 minutes to the airport. I love Wailua Bay and am building a house up the street!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
