This wonderful, three-story beach house is located on the beach side of 30A and has all the charm you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful, uncrowded beaches of Seagrove and the quaint atmosphere of Scenic 30-A. 'Always Summer' is a 3+ bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach home and is perfect for family gatherings/groups of friends and comfortably sleeps 10. It's nicely furnished, affordable and enjoys a 3 minute walk to the family-friendly beach thru quiet streets. After your fill of the ocean, return to the private heated swimming pool and patio for outdoor relaxing and entertaining.
House includes a lovely first floor living area with 43' flatscreen/DVD and opens to dining area, side dining porch, and cheery, fully-stocked kitchen with everything you will need. The first floor also includes a queen bedroom and full bath ideal for guests who need to avoid stairs, and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
The second floor provides two spacious master suites, giving comfort and privacy to parties vacationing together. Each suite includes a private bath and flatscreen TV/ DVD while the front suite opens onto a private balcony and also includes a workspace.
The third floor 'Tower Room' with half bath can be used as an extra bedroom, game room, kid hang-out, or a place to enjoy a good book on a hot afternoon. Walk onto the 'Observation Deck' for star gazing and long conversations into the summer night!

Awesome home in a quiet neighborhood. Owners are great and extremely accommodating ! Beach just 3 block walk.....close to restaurants,shopping ,biking trails,hiking trails! Home was very clean and attractive,lacking nothing ! Hope to visit again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
Owner response: We appreciate the many kind responses regarding the comfort cleanliness and location of our beautiful home. I would like to clarify that our home is actually less than 2 blocks from the beach - approximately 250 yards - about a 3 minute walk.

My husband and I took our 7 month old son to Seagrove (our very favorite beach!) for the first time over Mothers Day weekend. The house could have not been more perfect! It was very comfortable and we loved all the porches! The owner was beyond accomadating, super easy to work with & responded to any inquries very quickly. We had the pool heated as well because of the cold weather we had been having and it was wonderful! We were all able to swim all day (early in the morning & late at night). The pool was great to have too since the baby naps 3 times a day, so we weren't just stuck in the house. We talked about making "Always Summer" "our house" for our family vacations to come! We expected a great house from the listing and we got a great house! We highly recommend this house to anyone coming to the area!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay here. It was a short walk to the beach and a great location for a quiet stay. Short drive to local shops, grocery, and local restaurants. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. A home away from home. We will definatley return. Simply the best..I've stayed at other places,but never again..It's not easy finding the "all in all" house..I'm kind of a neat freak and these owners are too! The place was spotless and super close to the water.Just a couple of minutes and I really like that.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
