My family and I spent about a week and a half at this beautiful casita. The location of the community is great, very close to the Peoria sports complex, shopping and dining. The condo itself is directly across the street from the community pool and hot tub. We stayed in December and both pool and hot tub were heated. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. There was an open grassy area directly behind the condo where my small children could run and play. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhouse. Everything was clean and comfortable. The unit has been recently remodeled and is beautifully furnished. The location is great and we enjoyed being in Westbrook. The pool was warm and just yards away. We highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+.
