We love to travel and with our children ranging in age from 3 to 22 we have some great suggestions to keep everyone happy! We want to ensure you have a great time and come back year after year! We travel regularly and would be happy to provide tips and suggeestions for Florida, Vegas, Hawaii, California or Tahiti.
This Canadian-owned Condo is perfect for people that would like to enjoy golfing or the daytime excitement of Central Florida's many attractions, while looking to savour peaceful and quiet surroundings in the evening hours!
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor condo is overlooking the 5th hole of a gorgeous golf course. You will be staying at the Grenelefe Golf and Tennis Resort, which features two spectacular courses (designed by Ron Garl and Andy Bean) and is frequented by golfers of all skill levels. We are located 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27.
9 more golf courses are within a 10 minute drive of Grenelefe!
Grenelefe Community is known for its beautiful country scenery with lots of mature oak trees and is situated right by Lake Marion, which offers great freshwater fishing! Within walking distance from our condo our community offers a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness centre, several fitness trails, arcade, pro-shop, sports bar, restaurant and a small playground with swings and slides (resort charges do apply for the use of some amenities).

Our 2 bedroom condominium is available year-round for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. No smoking and no pets please. The unit is 1300 square feet. It has two bedrooms, both featuring eight foot sliding doors to a gorgeous oversized patio that overlook the golf course. It also has a full bathroom in the master bedroom and a second full bathroom in the main living area.
We've been vacationing in Florida for several years before buying a vacation rental. We'd be happy to share vacation tips with you and your family in order to make your trip memorable!

This unit has undergone a beautiful renovation. It is modern with great appliances and finished in a way that makes it both comfortable and easy to keep clean. We would not hesitate to re-book or to recommend this unit to friends and family.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

This condo is located in an extremely convenient, yet secluded location, and the resort itself is well maintained and quiet. The interior is updated, warm, and inviting. This is definitely a place we will continue to visit in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: This is our second Florida Property, to see our first one view listing #365446. It is a very nice 4 bedroom home close to Disney in the Lake Berkley Resort! I work as a District Manager for Starbucks Coffee, we live in Kitchener, Ontario and love to travel!

We purchased in Grenlefe for a couple of reasons! We have so many snowbirds interested in long term stays that we felt a condo made sense. We really like the resort and the remote feeling you get staying here with the conveniences of Haines City only a few minutes away!
