Your dates are not reserved until I receive your deposit. The remaining 50% is due at least 30 days before arrival. Special Events and Holidays require full payment at time of booking.

Centrally located in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans. 10 minute walk (8 blocks) to St. Charles streetcar line riding to French Quarter, Garden District, Audubon Park. 3 block walk to dozens of bars, restaurants, grocery, shopping and ammenities on Magazine St. 10 blocks from world famous Tipitina's Music club. 3 blocks from bus line to French Quarter and Convention Center (10 min ride). No Car needed when staying here. Excellent location for Mardi Gras as you can walk to all parades!!
