Nestled between million dollar homes is the wonderful family resort of Beachside Villas. We are located three miles east of Seaside in Seagrove Beach off of Highway 30-A.
The complex has two pools, one heated, two lighted tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Our unit in on the third floor and has beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony, living/dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. All three bedrooms are spacious and the master bedroom opens to the balcony.
The master has a king-size bed and private bath, another bedroom has a king-size bed and direct bath access, the third bedroom has two twin beds. The kids will love the newly decorated third bedroom! The living/dining room, hall and kitchen are newly tiled and look great.
The unit has four TVs (one in the living room and each bedroom). There is one DVD player, two VCRS and wireless internet. There is a dishwasher, ice maker, and washer/dryer. The unit is adjacent to one of the pools which can be viewed from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a grill area just behind the unit.
There is a short, 150-yard, paved walk to our beautiful, white-sand beaches with NO roads to cross. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available.
This is a quaint area along the panhandle which is loaded with unique restaurants and shopping. The area has a four-story limit on construction which adds to its charm. You can rent bikes and travel along the beautiful bike paths to charming Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. Also, Deer Lake State Park is less than a mile down the beach with hiking trails and sand dunes. Top golf course are nearby including Camp Creek and Santa Rosa Golf Club.
San Destin resort and the Silver Springs outlets are 20 minutes away. Also, miniature golf and water parks can be be found nearby in Panama City or Destin.
