The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for complete meals, granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 6. There is a 2 car garage, laundry area, fenced private courtyard, and two private patios. One patio is covered with seating and one is open with a gas grill and seating, great for entertaining and tanning. The community pool is just around the corner. We stayed in the house for a month and loved our home away from home. I can't think of a negative aspect of our stay. The house is ideally located near stores, shops, restaurants just a few minutes to a wide variety of shops and eateries. A big bonus was the nearby Peoria Sports Complex where we were able to watch Baseball spring training games. Golf is also nearby (try The 500 Club!) The house is very tastefully decorated and is a pleasure to live in; the two bedrooms are roomy, beds are very comfortable, very clean. Lots of closet space. We also loved the private yard space, which is completely walled-in. The neighborhood is quite, neat and well-cared for. We highly recommend the house.Did you find this review helpful? This is a great house for 1 or 2 couples. It is very well furnished, big bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen - all you need! It's well located in NW Phoenix - close to everythng. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this wonderful house.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This home is very cozy and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Easy access to the 101 loop which made my stay that much more enjoyable. Having the 32" TV's in the bedrooms toped off our long days of golfing. Can't wait to come back again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
