I rented this house for a weekend in August with my extended family - three adults and a toddler in the summer. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a weekend get away. The roomy house accommodated us with high standards- the beds were particularly comfortable! It is within walking distance of "downtown" Roslyn with convenient access to I90 as well as the lake. The kitchen was fully equipped and had the basics, although if you plan to do much cooking, I recommend bringing your own oil and spices. There is no wi-fi and TV channels are limited (but hey, you're on vacation). The small back yard is lovely with chairs, grill and an umbrella. Would be a good rental for all seasons.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Two nite min(weekends or weekday), $50.00 cleaning fee per booking $225.00/nite weekday, $250.00/nite weekend,$275.00/nite holiday, $1,400.00 weekly $1,575 weekly/holiday. Holidays are $25.00 additional,per nite(includes all taxes) $25.00 per nite pet fee, Holidays Weekends have a three-nite minimum.
