This Brigantine home is a two family duplex. Each floor has separate entrances. They are each individual full living spaces. It is your option rent both units or one unit. Each separate floor has 2 bedrooms. When both are rented it is a total of 4 bedroom. Great if you are expanded families or would like to have quiet space from kids. Both are completely Private. There is a fenced in private yard and deck. First and Second floor each has a private bath room, two bedrooms (two full-size beds and one queen bed). There is a den (television room) with futon. A separate living room with a television and queen sofabed and single sofabed. CAN SLEEP UP TO EIGHT. ALL BRAND NEW INTERIOR. NEWLY RENOVATED. OUT DOOR HOT AND COLD SHOWER
SECOND FLOOR Has a balcony with great views. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Master bedroom has one queen-size bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Living room has a pull-out queen sofabed. Sleeps total of six. There is a television in the master bedroom and a television in the living room. ALL BRAND NEW INTERIOR NEWLY RENOVATED.
Rent both floors for a total of 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and the sleeping capacity of 15. Or choose one floor. Should book as early as possible for best availability.
PLENTY OF OFF STREET PARKING FOR BOTH UNITS.

July & August (Until Labor Day Week) .. $1300 - 1500.00 per week
Sept. 12 th through October 1st $ 1000.00 week
Fall & Winter reduced Weekly and Monthly rentals available. please call
7 DAY MIN. STAYS. Weekend off Season rentals are $ 600.00.
Special Consideration for families that are interested in renting both units
or for more than 1 week. Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
