This is the perfect place to come and relax. Dolphin Way is a Gated Comunity located directly on the Beach. This condo has been completely renovated in early 2011. The view from the condo is stunning! This unit is located in the central building out of 3 and is also located in the center of that building providing the best views of the Gulf. The entire complex consists of 3 buildings for a total of only 75 condos. The 1 bedroom units located in the center building, as is this one, are slightly larger than the units in the lateral buildings. It is directly facing the beach. Our unit overlooks the pool and the beach as can be seen on the picture on the left. On the east side, where the Master Bedroom is located, we have a view of the Inlet and the Mangrove.

About the owner: We both are retired. Our home is located in South Fort Myers, 20 minutes away from our Bonita Beach Condo, so we will be available to greet you personnally, if you so desire.
Why the Owner Chose Dolphin Way:
We worked and lived overseas most of our professional lives and, as such, we had 2 1/2 months of vacation per year so we always came to Miami with the kids in the early '70s. And then, we discovered the West Coast of Florida. We fell in love with the area, so we bought this condo which we have kept renovated over the years. The latest renovation took place in early 2011.

The view from the condo is stunning! This beach is ideal for walking and shelling. The place is very quiet being located on a cul-de-sac. One can walk on this beautiful beach for miles and miles.
