A $212 golf membership transfer fee and $100 non-refundable application fee provides you and your spouse unlimited golf ($40 per round in season including cart) and membership to the luxurious club restaurant and lounge. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance or in person at the pro shop.

Your non-smoking first floor newly built 2 bed/2 bath fully furnished condo w/large lanai gives you a beautiful panoramic view of the 15th fairway on the par 72 championship course designed by Gordon G. Lewis, and sparkling lake views with Florida wildlife.

You can choose among four heated pools with spas to relax and enjoy - one approximately 100 yards away from your condo.

Enjoy shopping at the Miramar Outlets, the upscale Promenade Shops and nearby Naples. Many wonderful restuarants, movie theaters and the Gulf are only minutes away from this perfect vacation location.
