In the spring of 2015, a whimsical flower garden is in a continual process of "being complete. You will also find teapots, bunnies and assorted little treasures to make you smile. Please spend time enjoying........ my flowers want to see you...

Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: I moved to Beaufort from the Pennsylvania Amish country to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the coast and the sunshine. Living in Beaufort has renewed my spirit and introduced me to many new friends, while allowing me to share the beauty of my new adopted home town with my friends from Pennsylvania. I have always enjoyed entertaining and decorating, so my cozy cottage in Beaufort allows me to indulge my favorite pastimes.
Why the Owner Chose Beaufort: My husband and I vacationed in Beaufort a few years ago and fell in love with the historic charm of the town, its friendly, welcoming people, the wonderful waterfront restaurants and the natural beauty of Beaufort by the sea. This is a magical place to begin a new life!
Unfortunately, My husband passed away in January 2011, so I made the "big move" alone. I know he would be proud of what I have been able to accomplish.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage: I love to sit on my cottage's porches and enjoy the river breezes, the shade of the huge old Live Oak trees draped in Spanish moss, and the peace and tranquility of my river neighborhood. The Pigeon Point dock and deck are less than a ten minute walk, you can catch a sunset if you are an early bird, and if not, just turn around for a beautiful sunset to the west. No matter when you are there, be sure to keep an eye out for the playful dolphins.
