On previous trips to Bend we had not explored this neighborhood & side of town...how we were missing out. AMAZING market, restaurants & coffee...all conveniently close! Owner very accessible for questions and prompt to respond. Looking forward to returning over the summer & hope visit this property again. Very nice remodel of interior living spaces.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Traveling with my daughter's is always a little scary because they can be hypercritical of everything. They instantly LOVED this place! It was the perfect combination of modern conveniences and old-school charm. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed; well-organized and immaculate. We made several meals and dessert during our visit. The over-sized sofa and giant flat-screen tv were excellent for relaxing in the evening. There are heaters in all the rooms but we didn't use them because the gas stove kept the entire place toasty and warm. There is a BBQ, large deck and plenty of room in the backyard to play; great place for adult celebration or a family activity. The house is conveniently located near Drake Park; ideal for walking to the downtown area or going for a morning run. We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This cute cottage worked well for four adults, and we enjoyed our stay. We found comfortable beds, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, open living area, warm fire, hot tub, and snow on the ground. We could walk to the neighborhood (upscale) market and also into Drake Park and downtown Bend using the pedestrian bridge. It was easy to get to the mountain for skiing and snow-shoeing. The bathroom is between two of the bedrooms, which turned out not to be a problem for us. Third bedroom with the washer and dryer is small. The pictures are accurate; the house was clean; and the owner was easy to work with. We were very happy to have found this terrific house in Bend.Did you find this review helpful? We loved the convenience to the community college, as well as restaurants, coffee and accessability to all of our needs. The property is very accurate in description, as well as the photos. The beds and linens are very comfortable, and the home is very tidy. I would Highly recommend these accomadations, and will hopefully be able to return this spring!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Good location. The house had not been cleaned when we got there, so we had to get a hold of the property manager and then had to kill time in town while we waited for it to be cleaned. The heater in one of the rooms didn't work and the space heater in the third room put out very little heat. The gas stove did a good job of warming up the house though. It is a small, but cozy house. A little awkward that to get to the bathroom you have to go through a choice of two of the rooms. The location and hot tub make it a decent stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
