  My husband and I had a wonderful time in this condo. It was nicely decorated and accommodated our every need. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Our view was great with such a close boardwalk to the beach. The complex was local to tons of great restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to come back soon.

  My wife and I decided last minute to spend our first year anniversary at Orange Beach. So we began looking for a place to stay and came across this condo. Jonathan was super fast in his responses which made the planning process so much easier. The condo was clean and had an amazing view of the beach. Not to mention, the King size bed was very comfortable. The condo was stocked with a nice flatscreen television, dvd player/surround sound, DVD's, and lots of games all to be used. He also leaves his parking pass to park underground out of the weather and sun! It was a great quick getaway. Will definitely look to return there again!

  I had high expectations after viewing the pictures, past reviews & details. I was more than pleased when we walked through the door. It is beautiful, clean & equipped with everything we needed. This was our 1st beach trip with our 15 month old son and the condo was pretty family friendly. The view is gorgeous. I read in past reviews, complaints about the shower temperature but there was no problem. One of my favorite things I found in the condo was the child safety plugs for electrical outlets, major mommy plus for me! The owner is also VERY easy to communicate with. When we return for another trip, this will be where I book again! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your condo!!

  We loved this condo! Amazing views, decorating to a T, and ultra-comfy bed. What more could we have asked for. Oh, and the owner is wonderful to deal with -- quickly responded when we had questions.

  This was my first off season trip down to Orange Beach and this was the perfect condo for a Winter trip. This was also my boyfriend's first trip to the Gulf Coast. The condo was very comfy and cozy and also VERY clean. I will defiantly be renting this unit again. The kitchen was well stocked too. The owner's are very easy to work with and very accommodating!

  I rented this condo about a month before returning from Afghanistan because my wife and I needed a little late anniversary get away. Our anniversary was in July so we took this little vacation when I got back 2 weeks ago. My wifes father had just passed away 4 days earlier also. Jonathon was very generous in given us a GREAT military discount and I'm not talking about 20 percent either. I know this is a slow time of year and rentals are slow but we was more than nice in what he gave us. This place is prefect for couples. It will sleep 5 with the 2 pull out couches but for a husband and wife its great. Its the 14th floor center of the building. No problems with the unit as it includes a king size bed, wi-fi, washer and dryer, and everything it should have. We have never been to the beach this time of year. Most people want to visit in the summer but there is no traffic at all and no waiting on a table at a restaurant this time of year. Walk right in and sit down. In the summer you wait 45 minutes to and hour. It was a great 5 nights. The only hiccup we had was when we got there at 1am the key wouldnt work that was left for us and it was cold outside. The person at the desk downstairs had to let us in. But both keys inside worked. But stuff like that happens. I would reccommend this to condo to anyone. It was a good get away after spending a year in the sand, dirt, and wind of Afghanistan. Thanks again.

  Had a great stay at a good price for the end of the season in this condo. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings, great view of gulf and walk out the complex on the beach. All one could ask for. Owner was easy to get info from. Would book again. Shower worked fine

  We enjoyed staying in your beautiful condo! The view from the deck was wonderful. We found it to be convenient to almost everything we needed. Well, maybe it was a little too close to the beignet cafe just down the road! We, too, had a little bit of difficulty operating the tub faucet. But, we managed to take our showers. We would stay here again! Thank you!

  We loved your unit! Everything was very well furnished and very clean. I was very pleased. The only issue we had was with the bathtub faucet temperature control. It was very hard to regulate the temperature between scalding and cold. I think perhaps the faucet is just very worn. Other than that, everything was perfect! Loved having the underground parking -- that was a surprise. Although we did minimal cooking, the kitchen was well furnished. Another bonus surprise was the DVD sound system. We rented a dvd and the sound was great. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Thanks!
