  My fiancee and I stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. This was the first trip we have ever taken alone in the three years we have been together and this unit was perfect. Everything you see in the pictures us what you get and Kirk was very courteous and made our preservation process so simple. I have already recommended this Condo to others and we plan on coming back every three months to stay.

  This condo was so beautiful and spacious! My parents stayed in this condo. We rented a 2 bedroom. Even if you had 2 small children, you could stay in this condo because it has bunk beds that my children loved! This condo is right off the parkway in Pigeon Forge so it is close to everything! We will definitely stay here again! The owner was wonderful to deal with and very helpful. The condo was clean and was even better than the pictures!

  My wife and two kids (7 & 9) stayed here for spring break. The condo was very clean, well maintained and well appointed. Our kids loved the new pool and hot tub area. On the second day of our stay, they wanted to go back to the pool instead of Dollywood! Great location at rear of complex provided nice mountain views. I walked to Dunkin Donuts (at entrance of complex) each morning for coffee while everyone else slept. We watched 3 deer for about 15 minutes one morning… Based on the price, space, and finishes, this has got to be one of the best values in Pigeon Forge! We will definitely stay here again!

  What a beautiful condo! My husband and I, along with our daughter and 8 year old grandson, stayed here for 3 nights (wish we could have stayed longer), during our spring break and couldn't have been more pleased with the condo as well as the location. Everything was neat and clean and so well furnished, we loved the decor! It lacked nothing and the view of the mountains from our balcony was wonderful. Kirk was wonderful to work with as well, so helpful. The resort hot tub was nice, even in 60 degree weather. We will DEFINITELY be staying here on our next Pigeon Forge trip! I recommend this condo to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

  My husband and I go to Pegion Forge several times a year and we have stayed many places - this is without a doubt the BEST place we have ever stayed. The condo offers easy access, a qiet stay, a wonderful view and all the convienances of our own home. We had a BLAST and will definately be returning in the near future. The owner is great to work with - our only regret is that our stay was not longer.

  I Pastor a large and busy congregation in the north and my wife and I so look forward to our annual winter get-away in the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay at Kirk's condo. We typically stay in a cabin and have in fact purchased a time share for a cabin community but this place was so perfect for just the two of us that we couldn't turn down the opportunity to stay here. The place is quiet and clean and very convenient to everything one would want to do in the local area. With the bunks it also seems like it would be an ideal place for a small family too. I would encourage any couple or small family to give this place a closer look when choosing your next place to stay in Pigeon Forge.

  We LOVED our stay at this condo! It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and the condo has plenty of room!! The condo's are in a nice central location. This will be our "go to" place to stay from now on!!

  My wife and I took a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge and this was the perfect condo. It is very close to everything on the strip and yet the location is very quite. Kirk was vert nice and communicated very well. We hope to stay at the condo again with the kids next time.

  My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Bears on the Parkway. Kirk was amazing from the first email all the way through our trip. He was polite and emailed us to make sure everything in the condo was perfect. The condo itself is amazing. It's so nicely decorated and everything we needed during our stay was available in the condo. I highly recommend staying in Bears on the Parkway. My husband and I will be back for sure.
