  Great experience with this property. The garage is large enough to work on our bikes and the furniture was top notch! We cooked a lot and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend. We were bummed the ice maker was broken when we stayed, however we got ice delivery to the house wich was very thoughtful.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

  We very much enjoyed the Executive Home in Fruita. The home was comfortable, well appointed and met all our needs. We only had two couples in the house and all of the guest rooms would have been wonderful so we were able to choose our two favorites to stay in. The home was clean and seemed perfectly maintained. We especially enjoyed having a full garage to store our vehicle and bikes. Michelle was very helpful and gave us tips on visiting the area and even helped us with a shopping tip for something we needed last minute. Next time we will stay much longer!

  My family really enjoyed staying in this home. It is very close to everything in Fruita. It is in the middle of a neighborhood but it is tucked away and that makes it feel private. The home itself is very nicely decorated and in excellent condition. Our kids enjoyed the small, fenced backyard and took baths in the very large soaking tub in the master bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with glassware, cooking utensils and even a blender which worked great for a few margaritas. My husband enjoyed grilling on the BBQ and the outdoor furniture and patio were very nice. This home has everything from a nightlight in the kids room, to a humidifier and nice desk in the master. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our family and my parents as well. We day tripped to Moab and went to the Fruita Rec Center to swim. What an awesome pool! Overall-a great experience.

Rates and fees are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

Reservations are not considered “guaranteed” until $900 initial payment has been received. If Guest cancels Guest’s reservation upon notice of thirty (30) days or less, the Initial Payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance is due one day prior to arrival.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

$125 cleaning fee, no tax collected on stays of 30 days or more in accordance with tax law.

$1,500 damage insurance policy included in rate with no additional charge.
