We had such a wonderful stay at this home. It is IMMACULATE - definitely the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. The home is spacious and gorgeous. My family of four stayed with a family of 3 and were all very comfortable. The owner (Judi) was so easy to work with. We will definitely rent from her again. Thank you for such a great experience. Maybe next time there will be snow - what a weird winter!

Wonderful Holiday Escape

My family just stayed in this wonderful home between Christmas and New Year's. There was no snow to be had in this crazy dry December but that didn't stop us from scheduling our 2 young sons to snowboarding lessons at Heavenly. They made snow at the top of the gondola. The location in Marla Bay is perfect for those who want close access to stateline for casinos, food, movies, Heavenly. The only cons I might mention is that the 2 car garage is not available for use and that might have been a bigger bummer if we had inclement weather. That and the cleaning crew let themselves in 20 minutes prior to our 10AM checkout (but I've let the owner know about that). And some of the pictures in this listing are of other rentals which was only a little confusing. See the link to the external website for accurate photos. We also enjoyed a nice hike up to Eagle Lake which was frozen over and absolutely magical. The kitchen is well stocked, the place is SO cozy. We took a few walks down to the lake shore to view the awesome sunsets. Judi was easy to correspond with, make payment and she even found my son's Harry Potter book and popped it in the mail! Excellent rental. I would absolutely rent from Judi again.

This property and Judi do not disappoint!! We had three families staying at this property for Christmas 2011 and what a fantastic time we had. The house is in perfect condition and we had everything we needed provided at the house. We did not have any snow but when you are in this beautiful location it really did not matter. Within just a few min you can be downtown with plenty of shopping and casinos. The pictures and description are exactly what the house looks like..Thank you Judi !! You are a pleasure to work with and we really look forward to staying in your beautiful house again. OH and the lake is just down the street with a beautiful beach!!

We had a lovely weekend staying in your beautiful, immaculate home! The house is spacious and very comfortable for a large group. There were six of us and we never felt crowded. We would recommend it to our family and friends and would stay there again if we are in Tahoe. The only drawback was the limited parking.

Owner response:Parking at this home is more than adequate. There is parking for two suv or extra cab pickups in the driveway. At least two more vehicles approximately 25' from the driveway parallel to the street. As the owner I feel that is more than ample parking for this size home.

Outstanding Vacation Home in Tahoe

We found this house in VRBO. All features in the large & spacious house are new & very clean. The home is just a short walk from a terrific, private beach and a few minutes car ride into Stateline & South Lake. The living room, dining room, & kitchen are on the second floor, enabling the view of the lake through the pines. We liked the vacation spot so much that we've stayed there a second time, and I would recommend it for a comfortable, relaxing Tahoe vacation spot.
