  Our family booked this townhouse as a last minute upgrade from a suite in a hotel and were we glad we did! For the same amount of money we got so much more! This townhome was perfect for us traveling with in-laws who stayed in the 1st floor bedroom suite and we stayed with our children on the 2nd floor. The beds were all comfortable and we each had our own bathroom! After swimming and sliding in the resort pool, the kids could stay in our own small pool in the back yard while the adults could relax and get ready for dinner. We were close to EVERYTHING! But felt a lot of privacy in this beautiful resort. It was perfect - and Jami was so kind to accommodate us at the last minute!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Perfect townhouse for a family! Clean, spacious, and a 10-minute drive to Disney World, what more could you ask for??? The price was right, the owner was available and helpful, and it has a pool out back. We had friends over for dinner who werer visiting Disney for the first time and staying on Disney property. They said they would never make that mistake again! Can't wait to go back. HIGHLY recommend this place.

  Location was perfect. Close to grocery store, Disney, Universal, shopping and restaurants. Easy to check in to complex. Wonderful main pool area. Nice that each unit even has it's own splash pool. Punch-code keylock made it really easy to get into the condo. Condo unit was clean. Loved that it had a washer/dryer. Wished it had a few more pots/pans. Other than that, A+ !!

  This was our first winter vacation to Orlando Florida. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well-maintained 3 BR unit. It was perfect for us all plenty of room to spread out. The closeness to Disney made it extremely convenient to travel to a variety of Disney theme parks on a daily basis. I highly recommend renting this unit for your Disney vacation. Windsor Hills was beautiful and very well kept. The maintenance and security personnel were very friendly and were there if you needed them. The club house was really nice as well.

  My family and I (all adults) spent a lovely week at Townhouse No. 2 over the Xmas holidays and found the property to be exactly as described: clean, attractive, comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly located for Orlando theme parks and attractions. The site photos are accurate. We especially enjoyed having the convenience of 3 full bathrooms. The front-loading washer and dryer (a stacked set, upstairs) worked very well. I chose heating for the splash pool (an extra cost), and it was heavenly to soak in the warm water after a long day out. Having two cars was not a problem at all. The unit has one dedicated parking space right at the front door, but there are other spaces available just a little way down the street. Windsor Hills is adjacent to the southern edge of DisneyWorld, but since I-4 is only minutes away, access to other area attractions is very easy. Although the movie theater at Downtown Disney is probably closest, we preferred going a bit farther to Pointe Orlando on International Drive—much less crowded, plus they validate parking tickets for the garage. I am happy to recommend this townhouse without hesitation to anyone wishing to stay in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. The owner, Jami Lee, was a pleasure to work with: responsive, polite, and helpful in every way.

  We just got back from 4 days at this townhouse and it was just too short a stay. The townhouse was exactly as described and one of the cleanest places we had ever stayed (and that is very important to us). Furniture was comfortable, the layout great. Kids all stayed upstairs and I was able to have the downstairs area to myself. Jami was great about allowing my two dogs. It's sometimes hard to find a pet friendly rental this nice, so we were very pleased. Nice safe area, well maintained and very close to parks. We were even able to come home and rest for a couple of hours each day! Lots of great restaurants around the area. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with children and pets (but make sure you keep them crated during day while you are gone - the pets not the children). We will be back!!

  This is the very ideal and perfect place to stay when visiting Orlando, FL. All the information provided were exactly what you get. The place was immaculately cleaned for immediate occupancy. After searching for a place for our anticipated visit in Disney World, I run into this unit and with a short rapport with the owner/manager Ms Jami, I was immediately bought to rent this unit. She was definitely very easy to communicate with and understands your situations. Through several emails, she has provided us with excellent information about the unit, the costs, fees, directions and other straight forward notes that deemed important. I will strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay when visiting Disney or Orlando. We've visited Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studio and Animal Kingdom, all of which were in close proximity from our rented unit. The place is also surrounded by numerous fast food chains, restaurants, shops, gas stations and super markets. Almost everything that you and the family needed are close by. My kids were totally ecstatic about the place. They loved it and felt that they were home (away from home)! My wife and I were very satisfied and extremely glad to have rented this unit. The security guards were very courteous, helpful and highly professional as well. I felt that our stay was without a doubt very secure because of Windsor Hills's staffs and security personnel. I did not thought of anything that we dislikes during our visit in Orlando. Matter of fact, it was all fun and enjoyment. I now know that when I have another chance to visit Orlando, that I have the perfect place to stay. Thanks so much to Ms Jami and the staff and personnel of Windsor Hills for making our vacation time most enjoyable and memorable. Thank you and tip of the hat to all.

  We had a wonderful vacation last august. Great house and great location. The private swimming pool was a little bit small but it dosn't matter, because there is a great pool by the clubhouse. But most of all a helpful owner. We get a late check out because of the rain and storm on our check out day. Jami thanks a lot for everything!

  This was our first family vacation so far from home. We have stayed with family from time to time here and there. But, this was a first for my husband, kids and I. I must say it was so nice after a long day of cramming all you could into one day to come "home." Our kids were tired and we didn't want to overwhelm them with trying to eat out. They would go upstairs and relax in the twin bedroom and watch tv. We ended up loosing a couple days outdoors because of Tropical Storm Debbie, so we decided to stay an extra couple days. We jumped online to check availability and called Jamie right away. She graciously let us stay since the house was available. She also gave us some great ideas to do with kids while waiting out all the rain. She seems like such a sweet person to talk with and do buisness with. Will definitely come back to this house again!! Oh and the security at the gate...loved it! Made you fell very secure. The house location was perfect! Could go on and on about how great it is!
