Welcome! - Come and relax in our 2 bedroom 2 bath villa, with cathedral ceilings reaching to the second bedroom loft.

Enjoy the comforts of our cozy sunken living and dining room with an abundance of natural light streaming in from the many large windows. Cathedral ceilings reaching to the second bedroom loft which add even more light and a comforting spacious feel.
French doors off the living room open to a quiet, “covered” outside deck with amazing views of the lush natural landscape. Rain or shine, you’ll always be able to enjoy this view!
Access the loft by way of a spiral staircase just off the living room. Loft bedroom has two twin beds and its own private bathroom.
Our generously stocked kitchen will allow you to prepare all your favorite meals/desserts/drinks without the need to “get creative” with sparse kitchen essentials. We expect to be able to make muffins or open a bottle of wine while on vacation and so should you.
Separate laundry “room” with full size washer and dryer provide an essential amenity for any beach vacation. Nicely tucked away in its own room, you’ll never be disturbed by the noise of washing/drying those towels from your day at the beach.
Stay connected to the outside world (if you must) with high speed wireless internet.
The large pool and covered pool house overlook the lagoon and golf course. Lay out on the pool deck that hangs over the lagoon while memorized by the beautiful fountain.
The ocean just minutes away, allows you to explore three miles of beautiful beaches. Enjoy the refreshing waters, soft sand, and endless sun. Return in the evening for exciting fishing, flying a kite in the glorious breeze or just take an enjoyable walk hand in hand with someone special.
From April 1 through September 30 enjoy the 'free Palmetto Dunes Shuttle Service' which will take you wherever you wish to go in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. The service will pick you up at the villa. The hours are 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m... Don’t forget fireworks every Tuesday evening during the peak season at Shelter Cove.
Bring your own bicycles or rent from PD Outfitters which is a short walk from our villa. They also rent canoes, kayaks, and beach equipment. Fish, kayak, or canoe on eleven miles of lagoon.

We stayed here for a tennis tournament last weekend and had a great time. The villa was very spacious and modern. It was very clean and the couch was super comfortable. The patio was nice and relaxing to sit on while resting between matches. Its in a great location, just a short bike ride from the beach and all of the golf and tennis you would want to play. The owners were more than accommodating and even installed a keyless entry that is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
