Cleaning would be $180. per rental if the cleaning can be completed in 6 hours. Cleaning over and above this time allotment would be $30. per hour. A damage deposit would be $500., refundable upon inspection by our representative. They would perform an inspection, put out the trash, return the bin and do minor cleaning touch ups for about $60. If property is left clean, laundry done, the cleaning fee would be limited to the inspection fee.

Marley Park home exceeded expectations - great for families!
We stayed for a week in March 2013 with our toddler and 5 year old and had a wonderful time in this Marley Park vacation rental that exceeded our expectations. It was larger than anticipated and we were extremely comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer. Any issues we had (couldn't access the internet initially and couldn't locate the key FAB when we arrived) were dealth with promptly and professionally by the owners who were very kind and reasonable and accessible. The furnishings are beautiful as it was a model home for Marley Park. We could get used to the sizeable master bedroom and bath with wak-in closet! The home is very well stocked and we lacked for nothing. We were able to access a playpen and booster seat for our toddler, a hair dryer, even cloth grocery bags. Even the small things made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is also well stocked and we didn't indentify much that wasn't already there. There is a heated lap pool with a children's play pool within two blocks (note that the kids' pool doesn't get heated until mid March and it's too cold to really swim in prior to that). There are several play grounds within walking distance that our kids loved. Easy to find.

We are here for 3 months starting December 1st. The owners and their wives have been very accomodating. This property FAR exceeded our expectation. The home was a model home and the decor is gorgeous. Kitchen is adequately stocked, love the tile floors and carpet in the right places. Abundant sunshine has been fabulous for walking and a heated lap pool within 2 blocks is great for exercise. Needless to say "Marley Park" is a beautiful place to walk or bike, lots of play area for children. All kinds of shopping and restaurants within a couple of miles. We have had the privilage of meeting the owners. They are wonderful people who are more than willing to meet any concerns, of which we have had none. Marley Park has a reputation for being a very prestigious place to live and it is everything they said it would be.

About the owner: Owners are two couples from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, who wanted a place to vacation during the winter, and then decided to make their home available for short-term rentals to help defray expenses.
