Located in a quiet neighborhood our home on Lake Spivey is less than 25 minutes from the Atlanta Airport and just 30 minutes to Downtown. Master on the Main features a King Size Suite with Spa Bath and Fireplace, Second Bedroom on Main features a Queen Size Suite plus Full Attached Bath. Formal Dining plus large Breakfast Area overlooking the lake, Greatroom with Cathedral Ceilings, Laundry Room and additional Powder Room encompass the remainder of the main floor. Upstairs you will find our Loft with Queen Size Bed, Office Overlooking the Lake, Tanning Bed plus additional Full Bath, 3rd Bedroom with new Queen Size Suite and a 4th Bedroom with Double Bunk Beds.
Outside you can enjoy our Saltwater Pool, have drinks at the Tiki Hut, try your hand at Tennis or play Full Court Basketball! There is even a playset with Sandbox for the kiddos! Throw a fishing pole in and try to catch your own record Bass or Crappie. 4 Night MIINIMUM PLEASE!

A group of my friends get together every year in a different location and this year we chose to meet in the Atlanta area. We found this house which was about 30 minutes from the airport and the city and had an amazing time. The house had everything we could ask for and the communication with the owner was great from the time I first contacted them about the house until the day we checked out. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay outside the city.Owner response: We are so happy you enjoyed our home and hope you may choose Atlanta back to back just to visit us again! If you guys ever need a reference we also appreciate you all being phenominal guests!

The house is older and has a few minor quirks but nothing significant. It's a very open space, perfect for families. The outdoor space is great! The view of the lake is well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed the tennis court with basketball goals and trampoline. We went during cooler weather but were able to use the spa several times.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I had a tremendous stay at this #425756 First of all the Jonesboro area, is a very quiet and peaceful community. The location was also very good, 15 to 30 minutes from shopping and downtown and other attractions etc. It was nice for me and my family, it made us feel very comfortable to have a family and homely atmosphere. The house is setback a little in the yard, unpretentious and unassuming. But the inside is bodacious, gorgeous and delightful. The kitchen is very spacious, all of the modern equipment and machinery. The TV room is big- it was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were all well laid out and beautifully decorated with high beds. Not to mention the basketball court, tennis court and the Pool. This home was more than we expected. We really enjoyed all the amenities with a relaxed atmosphere. It is very close to Six Flags, The World of Coca Cola and The Georgia Aquarium. Having an Ingles (grocery store) within a few miles of this house, it made cooking at home quite simple. We gave this home two thumbs up and would definitely go back again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Our family has really enjoyed our home and have decided to share its joys with others as we enjoy some extensive traveling. Many memories have been made here and we will miss its warmth but have high hopes many enjoy it and make great memories just like us.

We purchased this home because it offered it all - we don't have to travel to feel as if we are at a resort no matter the time of year. Its proximity to Atlanta allows us to enjoy the finest restaurants and enjoy all our fabulous capital city has to offer.

The serenity of the lake and the picture perfect views alone are phenominal. Our home has a large kitchen for gathering that has much warmth and the cathedral ceiling in the Great Room adds great light to our home. It is a fabulous home for entertaining inside and out!
