  Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. It was sure tough to leave, especially when we came home to rainy, forty degree north Idaho. We had a great time including many days exploring different beaches, driving all around the island (we put on over 1000 miles on our car) and even went zip lining. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home with us

  The home is just as beautiful as all the pictures. It was very comfortable and well decorated. We really enjoyed the doors that opened up to the beautiful patio and pool area. We are looking forward to a return visit after the upcoming renovations are complete. We appreciate your renting your home to us and for your prompt replys. Norma & Ernie

  I was looking for a nice retreat for two couples for an eight night stay on The Big Island. My husband and I had lived in Kona for eight years in the nineties so we were pretty sure where we wanted to stay. I was looking at condos on Alii Dr. when my husband said to try Waikoloa and I found this VRBO. Excellent choice as it is just 15 minutes at most to our favorite beaches on The Kohala Coast instead of a 45 min. drive from Kona.This home has been very nicely updated. Great kitchen ,BBQ w/propane ,pool ,privacy,beautiful sunset views , and two very comfortable master suites. A definate DO for the price. The four of us had an excellent time and what a pleasure to come home after a tough day at our favorite beach ,Hapuna,The town of Waikoloa has its own grocery store,golf course and more. Also you can find a local seafood store just north on the lower road in Kawaihae. Bare right at the V of the town and look to the right. Awesome!

  When we walked through the door everyone sayd 'Wow!! this is a great place"and it was. The 6 of us had plenty of room to hang out/eat and sleep.The views are wonderful,we could clearly see the ocean and the hill behind the house. The pool deck and bbq area was nice for an evening of relaxing and star gazing. The kitchen/living area was newly renovated and very practical.Great appliances and laundry set in the kitchen. Its a great location to explore the top and west coast beaches,we found this area quiet and better priced then the coastal rentals we looked at. It takes about one hour to get to Hilo on the Saddle road and another 1/2 hour to Vulcanos Park,15 min.to Hapuna beach and about 40 min. to Kona.Our favorite snorkeling place was Mahukona beach park North Kohala and the best boogie boarding beach was Kua bay just north of the airport. We found the local supermarked was very good, a bit pricy but well stocked with local produce and in store bakery,and great customer service. Thank you Pam for renting out this home and for answering all my e-mails right away,well done. We will give you 2 thumbs up!!!

  We spent 9 days in this wonderful home - it was everything we were hoping for - beautifully furnished (just look at the photos!), a kitchen (new applicances!) that made cooking fun, very clean, lots of space, comfy beds and sheets, a great outdoor grill, quiet neighborhood. The TV even turned on with Just One Click. The main living space opens up to the outdoors with a long slider door - every morning I would have coffee in a comfortable chair looking directly out at the moon setting and palm trees swaying. It does not get better than this. Great location (to head east or north on the island), and it really is only 10 minutes from the main beaches. Listing info is very accurate, and owners were very responsive to questions. We will definitely come again!

  We just loved this home, and thats what it felt like.Its so comfortable and peaceful.Had everything we needed and more.Met the owners,what a wonderful couple.Best experience we've had, cant wait for a return trip...Thank-you for sharing your beautiful home..

  Just a quick note to let you know how very much we enjoyed our stay at your home in Hawaii! We enjoyed the location and proximity to the beautiful beaches and my favorite spot was Waimea! We were especially impressed with Dani - she's a gem and went out of her way to assist us. My girlfriends and I agree that when we return to The Big Island we would rent your house again. Thank you for an enjoyable and comfortable stay!

  We had a pretty good visit. The remodel work in the kitchen and living area was done with great detail. Pool area is really nice to hang around. Im certain when the hot tub is up and running, I would say it would be the best place to hang out.!!

  My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here for 6 nights. The kitchen, dining room and living room are modern and completely updated and very comfortable. You could cook quite a feast on the gas grill, and the pool and lanai are welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and also get a bit of an ocean view. The owners, Pam & Rod were very responsive and professional. Our favorite feature was the huge retractable sliding glass door that opens the indoor living space to the lanai. Thanks for the great stay.

  This place is located in a very nice area and is in a good location to see all side of the island very easily. If you just want to go and relax with out really seeing much of the island this house was great for that. The owners were very great in allowing us to stay a day when it should have been for cleaning the house for the next guess, and we made sure we helped clean up for them.
