Our large penthouse Suite is comprised of the entire top floor. The interior floor plan is an awesome 2300+ square feet. Our guests enjoy a very spacious floor plan, combining the tiled dining area with a larged carpeted living room. The home has high beam cathedral ceilings and several floor to ceiling windows adding the view of a gigantic coconut grove and overlooking our beautiful back courtyard, pool and garden.

The Sugar Beach Penthouse of the inn has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and two covered outdoor lanais with gas grill. This suite can accommodate 6-8 people. In addition to the main penthouse suite is a lock out unit. This is an attached one bedroom suite with kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony and private entrance and parking. This unit can accommodate an additional 2-4 guests.

The penthouse has a large master bedroom with a private bath, and the two additional guest bedrooms which share a large bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Enjoy central air conditioning for your utmost comfort, a swimming pool for a refreshing dip, and wireless internet to keep in touch with your friends, family, and business.

The ground floor suites are deluxe, one bedroom, Kihei condos. Each suite is 500 square feet, has one bedroom with a king size bed, fully tiled bathroom with tub and shower, full-service kitchen, spacious living room, and private garden/poolside lanai.

The Inn at Sugar Beach, with six suites, is a cozy and charming alternative to large crowded Kihei hotels. At The Inn we welcome business and leisure travelers and provide each guest with a private Kihei condo, the most important amenities, and a beautiful sandy beach.
