Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with air condition on the 2nd floor in a building with elevator and swimming pool in Nice. Nice and quiet area on the Mont Boron, the east hill of Nice. The apartment has a view over the Nice Harbor and the Chateau hill. All commodities within 500m and 800M from the beach 'la Réserve' and a public garden with a play garden for children and bathing fountains. Separate and entirely equipped kitchen. Living-/dining room with a double sofa-bed, TV and access by French windows to a terrace of 12m² with dining space and sun beds. 2 bedrooms: 160cm double bed and 2 single 90cm beds with a drawer bed. 2 bathrooms, 1 with toilet. Separate toilet. Terrace of 10m² next to the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Garage for 1 car.
Very spacious, clean apartment and quiet area. Not suitable for those who don't like an uphill walk to get there! Great balcony area with lovely views where you can sit and enjoy drinks, meals with family and friends. Pool was very clean. More local information such as shops and bus services would have been useful, but otherwise very well catered apartment. We struggled a bit with the bed (which is very, very hard!), and would have liked sunbeds or mats to take by the pool. Ideal location for those not wanting centre of Nice. Easy to get to Port, Ville Franche, Monaco etc by bus.
Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.
