Once you enter the home, you will notice the wide open spaces and fantastic view of the the beach and ocean from almost every room in the home...from the well appointed Living Room with new flat screen TV to Dining Room that seats 6-8, the Sun Room for your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise or cocktails in the evening...and the expansive and fully equipped Kitchen and Den with TV.
Just out the Sun Room is the deck with your own private catwalk out to the beach. Plus another deck on the lower level.
Now the bedrooms ... The Master has a fabulous view of the ocean (what a way to wake up!) with full bath featuring a whirlpool tub, and huge walk in closet ... and TV.
The second bedroom has a Queen and TV ...the third bedroom has two twins and the fourth bedroom doubles as an office/two twins with TV.
Plus, enjoy the fantastic Serenata Beach Club if you like with two pools, fitness center, restaurant and bar and more for just $230 for your group for the week.
