4 bedroom + spare room. Master bedroom/bath includes a queen bed,a junior bedroom/bath includes a queen bed, 1 bedroom has pyramid (twin over full) bunk and 1 bedroom includes a queen bed and has a private entrance to the main (hall) bath. A den/office on the top floor has a sofabed.
There are 3 decks, front and rear on the upper living level and a roof top deck. Steps to the beach and bay.
