Waikoloa Villas A 207 is located at the end of the complex, right on the 9th fairway of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course.
This is a nicely decorated second floor condo at Waikoloa Villas and you can’t beat the view from this lanai!
The condo features a master bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, and its own lanai. The guest bedroom has 3 twin beds. The main floor/hall bathroom is a full bathroom. Here you will also find the washer/dryer. The loft bedroom has 2 twin beds (pushed together to make a king size bed) and a full bathroom. This unit has a full functioning kitchen…i.e. dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.
You will enjoy the convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and the best beaches on the Big Island.
The condo complex has 2 heated pools and spas, 2 cabana areas complete with BBQ grills, shuffleboards, and beautiful manicured tropical landscaping. You will find this condo on the 9th fairway of the Waikoloa Village golf course. Since you will be located within walking distance from the clubhouse and pro shop, take in a round of golf while the rest of your party relaxes by the pool. There is a wet bar on your lanai that may come in handy for the many breathtaking sunsets you’ll see during your visit.

Waikoloa Villas A207 is an extremely quiet and comfortable end condo located at the end of the Waikoloa Villas parking lot. Located right on the 9th fairway, it has the most comfortable lanai around! The quiet end of the building, far away from the main road, makes this a most sought after property. The condo is very well equipped with all the amenities of home. Washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances, linens, towels, etc. The condo is very cozy with 3 twin beds in the front bedroom, a king in the master bedroom and 2 twins together for a king in the loft bedroom, or can be separated for individuals. Waikoloa Villas is centrally located between the Kohala Resorts, Kamuela, Kailua-Kona and was very easy to find and easy and fast to get to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, great restaurants for fine dining or on the go local style meals. Being located right in the Waikoloa Village, there are numerous fantastic golf courses within minutes of Waikoloa Villas. The Village has a nice well stocked shopping center with the Waikoloa Village Market, Pharmacy, Bank, restaurants, coffee shop, dress shop, baby furniture rentals, and doctor and dentist offices. Fishing, snorkeling, wind surfing, stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, glass bottom boat rides, diving expeditions are all located at the Waikoloa Beach resort only 7 miles away. Take advantage of all they have to offer. If your here during the whale watching season ( December through March) a whale watch sunset sail is a MUST DO!. We have done this several times in the past and it is always amazing! Don't forget your camera with a LOT of free space and at least 2 charged batteries! Bring your laptop along and upload your photos every night to share with friends and family abroad.

I have lived in Hawaii for six years and have never stayed at a more insect infested dirty condo than this one. I would not recommend this place to anyone if they want to get some sleep. We arrived and the place was not clean. The amount of roaches and flying termites, ants, and bugs were so bad that we were actually thinking of going somewhere else. One of our guest actually did not stay and got a hotel room. This is an honest review. The only thing I can say that was positive was the view of the golf course/ocean and the nice breeze that came through the condo. Sorry, but it is the truth.

Manager response: Whenever there are problems with a property upon your arrival, or during your stay, you are required to contact the manager so that the problem can be taken care of immediately. No communication occurred between you and the manager during your stay. The cleaning company had left the condo just minutes before your arrival. The condo was very clean. Living in the Hawaiian Islands for over 23 years myself, we know insects exist and are abundant in Hawaii. The condo association has a contract with a pest control company does a regular quarterly treatments of each condo and the grounds, besides making regular weekly return visits for special problems that may arise. Again, we apologize for your misfortune. However, posting a negative review without notifying the manager of the property or the condo association manager about these issues is unwarranted and unprofessional.

This unit is roomy. The property is quiet. It suited our desires very well. Nearby grocery store is convenient. Excellent weather. Good place to start and end each day. A notice went upafter our arrival that the pool would be closed for a week. There is another pool to use but it was inconvenient especially for grilling (the entire cabana and pool area was locked up). Guests should be warned upon booking and possibly compensated. My wife and daughters have a low tolerance for creepy crawlers. Even after the scheduled pest spraying, and our very diligent cleaning out of food/garbage there were ants scambling around at bedtime and other unidentified bugs. This unit is due for some maintenence: carpets, doors, and bathroom fixtures. It could use some upgrades.

Manager response: So sorry about the Cabana closure. Unfortunately, individual owners have no control over the common elements of the property which are managed by the Condo Association. The closure may have happened due to a problem with the pool, hot tub or grills. Everyone knows Hawaii is famous for insects. Ants are just so common in Hawaii, you can't escape them. Leaving doors open allows other insects easy access to the property. This is why we let everyone know that it is necessary to keep the screen doors closed. Pest control treatment is regularly scheduled to help with the control of these problems.
