We just spent two+ wonderful weeks at Casa Charlotte and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nicely appointed and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved being close enough to the centre of town to be able to walk everywhere. We really appreciated being able to wash clothes and dry them on the terrace, which was also a nice place to use the BBQ and have a meal looking at the sea and the mountains. We loved the multi-language satellite TV and all the music CDs available for our use. Our hosts, Frans and Nuttee were very congenial and helpful and very patient with us. We can't say enough good things about them.

Excellent stay at Casa Charlotte in beautiful Nerja. The hospitality is incredible, the apartment is super clean. The owners are gracious hosts. They give us helpful tips on where to dine and where to find all kind of facitities.

Three of us rented the 2nd floor apartment for 8 days in October 2011. It was a very positive experience. Frans and Nuttee were at the apartment on our arrival. After explaining the features and answering any questions, we adjourned to a nearby restaurant for a beer, where Frans gave us many helpful suggestions for day trips, restaurants, and the shortest way of getting to Burriana beach. We encountered Frans and Nuttee several times during our stay as they were visiting the building. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the private terrace. A great place to stay in Nerja.

Outstanding apartment with all amenities of a spartan, spacious apartment, well-prepared and incredibly friendly and helpful landlord and landlady. The neighborhood is charming, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist shops, but a mere 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. I fell in love with this charming town and the flavor was enhanced by our host and hostess, Frans and Nutee. I shall be back! Look no further - life is bliss at Casa Charlotte.

Very hospitable reception by Frans and Nuttee, who do everything to offer their guests a perfect holiday. Very nice and quiet town, still very authentic. The flat is fully equipped and offers a lot of quality (satellite tv, airco, etc.). Books, beach chairs, towels are (freely) available. A lot of restaurants, bakers and grocers nearby. The beach is within walking distance (5 minutes). Situated in a quiet street while the very touristic part of Nerja (balcony of Europe etc) is only a few minutes away.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Nerja and the fabulous Casa Charlotte. One of our party is a wheelchair user and found this accomodation one of the best disabled accomodation we have ever used. Wonderful having a washing machine and roll in shower. The owners Frans and Nutti could not have been more helpful and informative of the local area,

We stayed here during Semana Santa and it was perfect for a family of four. We loved being in the old part of town and you can walk everywhere. There is a market and bakery around the corner. The roof top terrace is great, our kids loved being up there and the view is beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything. Frans and Nuttee are helpful and friendly. We would rent here again in a minute!

casa charlotte is an absolute recommendable holiday apartment. located in the beatiful old city of nerja, casa charlotte is let and managed by frans and nuttee, a very nice couple providing full service in every respect for its customers. the flats are fully equipped, the base apartement is wheelchair-accessible moreover. prices are absolute fair, so what more there is to say than : try it ! you won´t be disappointed.

My wife and I spent 7 weeks at the beautiful Casa Charlotte in December 2010-January 2011. The building is wonderfully located within easy walking distance of everything beautiful in Nerja. In 10 minutes you are at Buriana Beach - or meandering through narrow streets of downtown. Terrific restaurants and Tapas bars virtually a minute away. In the morning - fresh croissants and take home cafe con leche a minute away. Roof top garden of Casa Charlotte offers magnificent views in all directions. A very civilized way to spend your holidays. The apartments are excquisitly outfitted - and if you still manage to find something you absolutely need and don't find in the apartment - your hosts Frans and Nuttee will get it for you in no time. In addition, they both have great sense of humour and are terrific conversionalists. Frans will introduce Nerja to you and his recommendations are priceless. Great Apartment in Wonderful Location, Loaded with Amenities

We can't say enough nice things about the well organized, superbly furnished, and immaculately clean apartment we rented from Hans and Nuttee for 5 nights. Our hosts had thought of everything one might need in a vacation rental, including a super wifi connection. Our home away from home in Nerja was 1 of 5 spots we stayed at during a 3-week tour of Spain, and it was by far the best. We are looking forward to returning to the same apartment for a much longer stay next year. It will be Paradise Revisited. In our years of experience renting through VRBO, this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in, setting the gold standard for VRBO rentals, including our own VRBO rental in Buenos Aires!

We had the good fortune to stay at Casa Charlotte in beautiful Nerja. The hospitality was incredible, the apartment was spotless and very well furnished right down to the silverware. Frans and Nutte were gracious hosts and Frans' company was intoxicating! They are committed to seeing that their guests feel welcome and are well taken care of. The helpful tips on where to dine and where to find the peaceful beaches were not something we could have gotten from any of the books that we read -a warm, friendly touch that we happened upon by luck. I stayed at Casa Charlotte for 8 days in february 2009, I have greatly appreciated the quality of the appartment, very well equiped and spotless clean, as well as the warm wellcome fron the owners Frans and Nuttee.They are extremely nice and helpfull and they know how to make you feel at home. I would defenitly go back to Casa Charlotte and I would not hesitate to recomende it to anybody.

We stayed in 3 different apartments in Spain and Casa Charlotte was by far the largest and best accommodation of the three. All was as promised; clean, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of everything we needed. Frans and Nuttee were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We'd highly recommend Casa Charlotte!!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect spot. Frans and Nuttee went above and beyond the call of duty as our hosts. The caves nearby in Nerja are very cool and it's a beautiful drive to the Al Hambra. I highly recommend booking a stay!
