This spacious, 3-level townhome sleeps 10-13 very comfortably and privately. This unit boasts new hardwood floors on the main living level and new carpeting throughout the upper and lower bedroom levels. The master suite, located on the top floor, contains a king bed and a private bath. The main level consists of the living room with a flat panel TV, Wii entertainment center, Blue Ray player, all new kitchen appliances and furnishings, dining room, and a large deck with gas grill. This level also has a den/bedroom with full/twin bunk bed. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, and the other with 2 twin beds. The loft includes a full futon. All beds have very cozy down comforters between the quilts. This level also contains the laundry facilities.
All bedrooms equipped with iPod docking centers. Free internet access is included.
This townhome comes with a 1-car garage, outfitted with multiple ski storage racks.
Brand-new luxury private hot tub spa. The spa features four JetPak-equipped seats and room for one more person on the cool-down bench. This bench also provides a great raised seat for children and can be used to get in and out of the spa. One of the seats is a specialty chair... a contoured lounger with calf jets. The spa also has a pulsating foot jet in the footwell.
The attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware.
