Simple exquisite beach cottage. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 'white' basic kitchen, easy sundeck for sunbathing, dining and entertaining opens to a sandy Peconic Bay Beach. Fabulous sunsets are virtually guaranteed every nite. Community Tennis Courts, Marina and Beach complete this fabulous bayfront getaway! The master has a king bed,and there are 2 rooms with queens and the loft bedroom has 4 twins with its own new flat screen tv. With cable and DVD the furniture and beds and linens are all new and the interior is just freshly painted .there is also a new flat screen with cable and DVD in the living room and on the deck is a pottery barn umbrella,2 new chaise lounges and new barbecue. The downstairs has air conditioning in bedrooms and dining/living room.
