The condo was better than the pictures portray. It was very clean, and larger than we expected. It was furnished better than any condo we have ever stayed at. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family. The owner Steve was very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly to e-mails or text. This area has many good restaurants within a short drive.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

We stayed in this great condo for 3 weeks in January, 2013. It's better than described in the listing! All of the rooms are large and decorated in a modern style. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking (not that we did much), the bedrooms are good sized along with the baths (especially the HUGE master) and the living area is comfortable. We spent much of our time on the lanai which has a beautiful view of the gardens (there isn't a picture of this in the listing). At night you can hear the water falling in the fountain. Both of the pools are large and warm with lots of seating areas for lounging. They are right down the path but far enough away that we weren't bothered with noise. We especially enjoyed being able to walk over to the Nauti Mermaid bar and Marker 92 restaurant--both have wonderful food. The owner was always available if we had questions and was very helpful. We liked this condo so much that we have already reserved it for next winter!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Wir verbrachten in dieser Wohnung 2 Wochen über Weihnachten/Neujahr 2012/2013. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr günstig gelegen, um schnell nach Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach oder Naples zu kommen. Cape Coral Downtown und der kleine Strand sind nah gelegen. Der Hafen läd jederzeit zu einem tollen Abendspaziergang ein. Die Wohnanlage hat einen tollen und supergepflegten Austattung: Pool, Sauna, Fitnessraum und Tennisraum alles da. Der Garten ist um die ursprünglich vorhandenen wunderschönen Bäume (Mangroven ?) angelegt. Der Garten ist so schön, daß hier regelmäßig Hochzeitsphotos gemacht werden. Für Familien mit kleinen oder größeren Kindern absolut zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist toll, groß und Tip-Top sauber. Die Austattung ist reichlich und Steve hat immer auf alle kleinen Fragen schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Wir hatten hier zwei perfekte Wochen und Wohnung, der Pool und der Garten und die Sonne Floridas haben die Zeit unvergesslich werden lassen.
