Why the Owner Chose Ormond Beach: We loved the serenity of the grounds. The property is surrounded by beautiful old oak trees and is across the street from the international intracoastal water way called the Halifax River. The street is called John Anderson Dr. and has been designated a scenic drive. Whats not to like! It's beautiful and nestled among high end homes.
