Our beautiful gated condominium overlooking the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course 3rd and 4th green and the King’s Lake, is our favorite place to vacation and we are confident you will find it the perfect place for your Hawaiian holiday.
We are a short walk to Anaeho’omalu Bay beach where you can snorkel, paddleboard or just catch some sun (and we have always seen at least one sea turtle cruising around). The complex is in the best location of the entire Waikoloa Beach Resort, within easy walking distance to the King’s Shops,
and the Queen’s Marketplace, which both offer dining and shopping opportunities.
We’ve furnished our condominium as a true second home for ourselves and our guests. Enjoy your morning cup of Kona coffee on the lanai and watch the sun set over the ocean while you barbeque on the grill. We’ve provided everything that we have wanted on our vacations. The kitchen is fully outfitted with the latest appliances, granite countertops, all cookware (dishes, utensils, microwave, ice-maker).
We have hand-picked all of the furnishings and artwork to capture the true paradise that is “the Big Island”. The Living Room features a 42' Wide Screen High Definition cable feed LCD TV with a Blu-Ray player (Netflix, Amazon Video, and internet accessible) as well as a portable iPod dock. The condo has ceiling fans throughout allowing you to leave the windows open and sleep in the cool Hawaiian night air. However, there is also central air-conditioning, if you prefer. Free high-speed, wireless internet is available throughout the unit if you can’t completely shut out the “real world” while on vacation. The
master bedroom features all teak wood furnishings. We provide all of the pillows, sheets and blankets and both bedrooms feature Tempur-pedic style mattresses, offering you one of the most comfortable night sleeps you have had in years. The couch converts to a standard queen bed if you need extra
room for your keiki, and the bathrooms are beautifully tiled and we provide all the necessities: towels, hair dryers, shampoo & conditioner, and soap (you may be able to get away with just a carry-on on
the plane!).
To complete your stay , we also include beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment, picnic bags, and an ice chest for your excursions outside of your vacation home. The complex has two beautiful tropical pools and spas for your enjoyment. Our managers are just a call away for any concierge services you may need at reasonable rates to assist our valued guests during their vacation.

We loved the amenities and the peaceful, relaxing, holiday vacation in this beautifully furnished and well maintained condominium. We were able to get all the fixings for a traditional holiday meal at the convenient local markets. We were able to wake up and enjoy our coffee on the lovely lanai and admire the incredible views. The condo was perfectly situated between the Kings and Queens shopping centers. We enjoyed our walks to the beach and to the petroglyph highway. The kitchen and lanai had everything we could imagine available to us. AND the beds were extremely comfortable!!! It was sad to leave. We are looking forward to returning to the same well appointed and beautiful condo sometime soon!!! We recommend this property highly to anyone wishing to experience a memorable vacation! BTW, the photos are accurate representations of the condo but, don't do justice to the gorgeous view!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My fiance and I stayed here when we first we first went to Hawaii together; we'll be returning for our honeymoon in October, and we can't wait! They provide such a cozy, clean, relaxing atmosphere--it's hard to return to real life after time spent in something that is nearly paradise.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My family had a wonderful time in Waikaloa beach. one thing that made our stay so nice was our location. It is the perfect walking distance to the beach, and a stones throw to excellent shops, bars, and restaurants that we frequented. I was very impressed with the apartment itself and was pleasantly surprised when I saw a gas grill on the lanai. It made for an excellent place to relax, play cards and grill burgers while watching the breeze float through the palm trees. It would be hard to convince me to stay anywhere else when I take my next trip to the big island!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
