Arrived to glowing reviews. Reality is as follows: Unit kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Rest of unit is very tired. Windows, mirrors and carpets dirty. Lanai furniture dated and dirty. Pot light in kitchen out; when repaired the pot light fell out of the ceiling. Light switch in kitchen very hot to the touch and then shocked the writer. Screen door to lanai would not slide; had to have roller replaced. Sliding door into 2nd bedroom area off back slide; had to have repaired. Linens do not fit the beds. Bed pillows had to be replaced. No fire extinquisher; no way to get out of unit if had kitchen fire. Telephone, despite emails to property management never did work. Tsunami warning and evacuation - no follow up to see if we were alright. Dish washer does not clean properly. Lights burned out; no replacement bulbs. No reading table or lamp for "other" side of bed in 2nd bedroom. Entire complex is tired. The view from the lanai was spectacular. Also where the swimming pool is situated is breathtaking.
