The area and the building are very dated. The beach has several small broken shells and is difficult to walk on without shoes. The condo is one room with no privacy to undress other than the small area where the shower and toilet are. We had a difficult time getting the shower to work properly without having water come out the bottom at the same time. The full size mattress is worn, sagging, and needs to be replaced badly. The microwave is in a cabinet under the stovetop and 4" off of the ground which is hard to use. The doors to the frig/freezer are backwards and hard to get in to due to a large bookcase/shelf right next to it. The resort has only 2 washers and 2 dryers for guests to use. The owner did call to make sure that we arrived OK and she also called to make sure that we were OK when a Tropical Storm rolled thru. This was very nice and much appreciated. I think if the owner made a few changes and addressed some of the issues about her condo that I would recommend her condo to friends and family. I understand that the owner can't do anything about the building, the shells on the beach, or some of the rude staff members. The area is quiet and south of the busy area of Treasure Island and Johns Pass which is why I rented the condo. I wanted peace and quiet with a beach and pool to relax.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Our stay was Fantastic. The views from the beachfront balcony are great. You can sit in the room and hear the ocean. We were able to watch 2 pods of dolphins swimming by twice a day. The pool area is clean and the pool is nicely heated. The bar in the pool area is a plus. You are within walking distance of many restaurants and bars, some right on the beachfront. The beds in the room could use a little updating but who's in the room that much anyway when you are right on the beach:) The listing and photos are accurate. The Island Inn keeps the common areas clean and maintained and offer free coffee and tea in the lobby. Caddy's bar and restaurant are a short walk away and have excellent Grouper sandwiches. The food is also good at RickyT's a short drive up the beach. I would recommend and we would stay again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The condo was small, but just the right size for two people. It had a great view, we even saw dolphins from our balcony. It was closer to the water that most of the condos on the strip and out of all the traffic. It was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Peebles grocery store. It had a Tiki Bar on-site which was really nice if you want to enjoy a drink by the pool. We really enjoyed the atmosphere at Sea Hags restaurant down the road. We ate at the VIP Mexican restaurant and it was great.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

Wonderful beach front condo. The room was clean and well maintained. From the balcony we had a perfect view of the sunset every night. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The pool area was well kept, and the bar was a nice surprise! The beach was just steps away! Access to rent kayaks, beach loungers and other fun stuff was at our fingertips. Shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Fabulous place! If you're looking for a fabulous place to stay, this is it!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This was well worth it. The condo was in great condition and the grounds and building were very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great price for the condo, we are hoping to rent it next year for a little bit longer stay. Love the area, great restaurants and shopping. When i got home I recommended it to some of my friends.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We drove down to Treasure Island from Toledo, Ohio. It was worth the drive. I was very happy with this rental as it was financially a great price and the location, right on the beach, was beautiful. With children, it was easy to just walk out and go for a walk on the beach. Unfortunately, weather was cold, but we got to pick shells and play soccer on the beach. The kitchenette was perfect for a preparing simple meals and eating in, keeping dining costs low. Very quiet area and no crazy parties to deal with. I would definitely return again, and hope for better weather.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My two week stay was wonderful. The property manager was wonderul to deal with and very helpful. The condo itself had everything I needed and wanted and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and dishes including some extras such as salt & pepper, olive oil, etc. Cleaners, soaps, papertowels and even beach towels were all provided which was a nice touch. I loved that wifi was available in the room. Shopping was only a short walk away as well as many great restaurants and bike rentals. I would recommend this condo to everyone. It is terrific value for the money and you will not be disappointed, especially with the sunsets while sitting on the balcony.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Great location with amazing views of the Gulf and a beautiful beach. Treasure Island is famous for the beautiful sunsets. Nice quiet studio with two queen beds, direct view balcony, kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, new flat screen TV, and guest laundry on site. All you need is your luggage! Short walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Lots of activities in area without feeling too crowded. A short drive to downtown St Petersburg and other beach towns. Without a doubt will be a return customer! Owner is very friendly, gracious, and accommodating. Really happy with this vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This place is awesome. It is definitely a hidden gem in the Florida area. The wife and I LOVED this place. The unit is very nice, modern, comfortable and has an amazing view. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. We plan on staying here every year from now on. Wonderful beachfront property. Great location with access to lots of amenities. When you tire of the sand and surf, relax at the pool. Or grab a drink at the poolside tiki bar. There are also lots of outdoor recreational activities available such as volleyball and paddle boarding. Would recommend to friends/family and stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.
