When we arrived to this beautiful villa I couldn't believe it... It was more beautiful in person and Jessica, our host, was there waiting for us. From the time we arrived until we left she was always asking us if we needed something, I never met someone so caring about their guests, every need, as she was with us...when we arrived to the Encino Estate Villa, tired from our flight from South America her fridge was filled with goodies and drinks and snacks and even had a gift card to Starbucks... We loved the house, it was so comfortable, so clean and the pool was amazing it didn't sting our eyes.. Jessica said it's a salt water system great for the kids... Our kids played on the sports court everyday, we were close to universal studios and great resturants, this was a great family trip... With such a gracious host like Jessica we felt like royalty...we want to come back soon. Thanks for everything, this was one of our best trips ever!!! We do host small weddings in the villa of up to 150 people. Our wedding fees are 4,500 for the event itself, and a 1000 for a cleaning fee, as well as a 2500 security deposit for broken or damages to the villa during the event.. Security deposit will be fully refunded day of checkout, or when the event is over and the house has had a walk through..
50% due upon reservation and the balance paid, 2 weeks before arrival date . All payments are made by paypal or direct deposit and or wire tranfer.
