Our Villa features two on suite Master Bedrooms, one with a King bed & the other a Queen. The additional bedrooms feature one queen bed & the other twin beds with a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms have TV’s, walk in closets, and alarm clock radios. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms & on the pool deck. Our home also includes a large kitchen with a dining area, a den with sleeper couch to easily accomodate 10 people comfortably.The family room has a Flat Screen TV & a DVD player. There is internet access with wifi and free local & long distance phone calls.

We had a great stay at the villa and the property was in great condition. Owners were great to deal with. The location was very convenient to many different things that central Florida has to offer.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Low Season .... $ 750/week Jan 5th-April, Sept-Dec 21st Mid Season .... $ 850/week May & June High Season ...$ 950/week July & August, Dec 22nd - Jan.4th Pool heating $25/day, $150/week (Half price during June July August) A Reservation deposit of $200 is required at booking Bookings of less than five nights incur a cleaning fee of $105 Security deposit of $250 is required (Refunded 4 weeks after stay) All prices include taxes

About the owner: As our permanent home is on Long Island in New York State, we have spent several winters renting in the Davenport area to get away from the cold & snow. We decided it would be nice to have our own home. We also felt it would be great to spend time vacationing with our children, grandchildren & friends.
Why the Owner Chose Calabay Parc:
When we were looking at different properties, we realized that Calabay Parc was outstanding with it's wonderful location, upscale homes & winding streets. We love the house & have now spent several weeks at our home including one week in December at Disney with the family. We have come to love the area & are very happy we chose Calabay Parc.

Although we have only owned our home for one year, we already have special memories from our time here. This home was everything we wanted in a vacation home from the south facing pool to relax by, the beautiful arched doorways, the large rooms & spacious closets.
