Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: I have owned my home in Comox since 2006. My husband had been born in Montreal and we fell in love with Comox after visiting close friends who retired here from Vancouver. Comox is a paradise for the person who enjoys outdoor activities, art and music or simply relaxing in a beautiful environment. I sail and kayak and hike and ski--alpine and x-c. All are in easy reach here.
Why the Owner Chose Comox:
The Garden Suite is central and south of Comox Avenue. It's southern exposure takes advantage of the sunshine and gives a beautiful view from the deck of Baynes Sound and Denman and Hornby Islands. You can walk to the downtown shopping area, the marina, the recreation center with a full gym and wonderful
restaurants. There's seasonal fresh produce from the farmers' market and fresh fish from the fishing boats at the marina.

The Comox Garden Suite provides a relaxing and comfortable place to stay whether you are here for one of the areas special festivals or events (The Filberg Festival, Music Fest, Theatre, Orchestra. . . ) or on business or to be close to St. Joseph's Hospital.
